      Peetal ke bartan mai khana pakane ne baad nikal le kyuki Tanda hone baad usi baratan mai rakhane se khatarnak bimari ho sakti hai baba ramdev ko lakvhva paralyzed disease hua tha app unki history check ker sakte hai khana pakana accha hota hai per pakane ke baad usko inkal de otherwise clay pot are best wash nicely and keep nothing will happen

    बहुत बढिया! मैं 2 सालो से ईस्तेमाल कर रही हूँ, non stick जैसा काम करता है, और healthy भी है, कल्हई करना जादा भी मेहंगा नाही है, और nonstick के बरतन भी बदलने पडते ही है जो काफी महेंगे होते है, तो costly तो नही पडते पितल के बरतन.

    Useful video madam,,,v recently purchased brass utensils, I have a doubt that is tin coated brass utensils really not harmful to our body,,v r still not using these just for this doubt...plz reply,, and one more thing u recommended not to cook sour (khatti) dishes in brass kadai ,, but v can't prepare most of our regular dishes like sabjis, sambar n breakfast items without adding sour items like lemon or tomato or tamarind...then how it will be? Plz reply

      Acc. To our family experience of past 100s of years there is no harm in using tin coated brass utensils. And you can use tomatoes in gravy of sabzi but try not to use lemon or tamarind as it is very sour so tin coating will get removed. And even if you want to make sour items in it just after cooking pour it in any other container like glass.

    Humne suna hai ki ghee ko bina kalai kiye hue pittal mein hi rakh sakte hai.
    Kalai ghee se react hoti hai. Yeh baat sach hai?

      Yes you can store and boil milk in it ,but tomato gravy nhi bna saktein coz vo khatti chez hai jisse kalai kharab ho jaygi. I hope I answered your question.

    Ma'am , मैं पीतल का कलाई किया हुआ पतीला दूध(रात को) उबलने के लिए इस्तेमाल करता हूँ और बचा हुआ दूध उसी में रहने देता हूं और फिर अगले दिन(रात को) उस दूध को दुबारा उबाल कर पी लेता हूं।
    क्या ऐसा करना सुरक्षित है?
    कहने का मतलब दूध कुल दो दिनों तक उस पतीले में रहता है।

    Abhi kalhai ki first din hi tale se hi silver colour nikal gaya . Iron color dikh raha hai abhi 4-5 use ke bad pura base hi iron lag raha hai.
    Please guide me ki ye duplicate tha kya jo first din kharab ho gaya. Usbe to rupees bhi 240 liye

      Agar kalai se pehle ka peetal ka colour dikh rha hai to iska mtlb hai ki kalai hat gai hai. And asli kalai itni jaldi nhi hat ti agar koi tez khatai ki cheez like Imli ya amchur nhi use kiya hai usmain.
      Kabhi kabhi oil use krne pr kalai halki kali ho sakti hai.

    Hello madam bought a brass vessel with tin coating inside for fist time, when you slide fingers inside the polish is coming off is this normal or should we season it if yes pls suggest how to pre season and after for cooking thankyou.

      Wash it with soft scrubber and dishwashing powder, if then also the polish comes off then it's not normal, have it again polish.
