बहुत बढिया! मैं 2 सालो से ईस्तेमाल कर रही हूँ, non stick जैसा काम करता है, और healthy भी है, कल्हई करना जादा भी मेहंगा नाही है, और nonstick के बरतन भी बदलने पडते ही है जो काफी महेंगे होते है, तो costly तो नही पडते पितल के बरतन.

Acc. To our family experience of past 100s of years there is no harm in using tin coated brass utensils. And you can use tomatoes in gravy of sabzi but try not to use lemon or tamarind as it is very sour so tin coating will get removed. And even if you want to make sour items in it just after cooking pour it in any other container like glass.

Yes you can store and boil milk in it ,but tomato gravy nhi bna saktein coz vo khatti chez hai jisse kalai kharab ho jaygi. I hope I answered your question.

Agar kalai se pehle ka peetal ka colour dikh rha hai to iska mtlb hai ki kalai hat gai hai. And asli kalai itni jaldi nhi hat ti agar koi tez khatai ki cheez like Imli ya amchur nhi use kiya hai usmain. Kabhi kabhi oil use krne pr kalai halki kali ho sakti hai.
