I deleted my hearing aids from the bluetooth configuration, and then also deleted them from the app. Then I followed the instructions in the video and everything worked again.

Thank you sooo much for this video!! I was messing my streaming up when I deleted the "R" bluetooth connection, I thought it was my old hearing aids which were also bluetooth. You need ALL THREE bluetooth connections to stream... hello...

How do you find the 3rd connection that allows streaming? I deleted all of the connections and the app and reinstalled but the last one doesn't show up.

Hi there, thanks for reaching out. Please note, the name R-Phonak or L-Phonak hearing aid (depending on the settings made by the Hearing Care Professional) is for audio (calls and streaming). We recommend to reset the Bluetooth connection between your devices. Please follow the step-by-step instructions below:
      Turn off your hearing aids.
Forget the hearing aids from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
Turn off Bluetooth on your phone.
Turn on your hearing aids and put them in pairing mode.
Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
Re-pair your hearing aids with your phone.

My hearing aids are paired and Bluetooth connected. They will not stream audio! So frustrating. They are brand new

There is no reason it should be a chore to connect to the Phonack App. Big pain in the butt.
