I'm more fair skin toned, and I am obsessed with using hourglass radiant light to buff and 'set' my cream bronzer. I use diffused light to set my concealer or to set the center of my face. They are STUNNINNGGGG.
Hey Mandy!! 🙋♀️. Looking forward to the Fit Glow beauty video. Way back b/c of your recommendation I bought the Hourglass pallet with Dim, incandescent and radiant light. Sometimes I swirl them, sometimes I use individually. But after u showed how to buff, it was a game changer for my makeup. That and then a setting or hydrating spray, I get so many compliments when I'm at work. I don't remember ever not loving 1 of your recs.
I can't live without the Osmosis luminous treatment primer & highlighter. I have been using it for a few weeks now and it makes my dry skin feel amazing. I saw it in one of your videos and I have purchased everything in that video because your skin looks amazing. Thank you for sharing.
I love the Colorscience 3 in 1 too. Other products I wouldn't want to be without are the BM Original loose powder foundation & Mineral Veil, UD Primer Potion & setting spray, and currently loving my HG Surreal Light Edit palette...I'm going to miss it when I've finished panning it.
Two favorite products by far are the BM complexion rescue and Colorescience 3 n 1. My dark circles are the bane of my existence and I too need a corrector. I am so tempted to pull the trigger on the Fitglow corrector since you said it is so moisturizing. I do find the Colorscience a tad bit drying under my eyes. I am going to jump over and watch your Fitglow video and know that I will probably be buying that corrector afterwards lol. I have also used the summer bisque for years and love it - BM is very underrated! Thanks Mandy!
Two part comment! 1. Can’t wait for the fit glow video so I can see what else I can order w the corrector;) 2. Have you tried putting things on top of the bare minerals summer bisque concealer? Or you only wear alone? I def use the trick for the gym or very minimal stay at home days- it’s a true game changer!! Thx Mandy!
Hey Laura! I just wear the bare minerals concealer alone. I imagine that a separate concealer underneath may work, but I wouldn't put anything on top of it. Hope this helps!
I don't usually comment, but I ADORE this eye look today! It kind of reminds me of a subtle cut crease that isn't super harsh. Would love to see you do whatever technique you used for the eyeshadow in a video sometime.
Mandy you’re such a bright light on a cloudy day! You look absolutely gorgeous. Love your eyes actually love your whole look. Hopefully tutorial! I am loving the fit glow corrector! Thank you! I use it the most now. Need to use the CT up but you know when u find something better it’s hard to not use it. Anywho. I’m going to look for that pixi eyeliner! I totally agree that for me anyway lining the water line is a must! If I could only use 1 product first I probably wouldn’t get out of bed ! However I’d have to say probably eyeliner or brow pencil since it could be used for both😀. Fantastic video !
You are so sweet Robbie! So glad you are loving the Fit Glow corrector! And I agree..it's so hard to not use the new stuff. That's probably why I have such an abundance of makeup. LOL
Ok so I’m loving the Revision Intellishade. I have been using that on top of my skincare. And I’m back on the Chanel tan de Chanel. And the nudestix in bare back.
It’s an amazing how the upper waterline all of a sudden shows! I use the Milk boss eye liner because it doesn’t get on my contacts and doesn’t go where it isn’t wanted. Thanks 🙏
I have been organizing my makeup while home. I have the Bare Minerals Bisque and of course the HG Powders because you recommended. So excited I just looked and found a new 3 pack of the Pixi eyeliners, Black, Copper, Nude. Will use today, thanks for recommendations and reminding me what I have in my stash!
The Fit Glow sounds really nice and not too thick.. and a more peachy shade is what I usually wear for my corrector. As always I have to comment on your stunning eye look. I sound like a broken record but you really have the most beautiful eyes and do gorgeous eye looks 💙💙💙
Can’t live without summer bisque or well rested. Love them both. Love my Mac Face & Body. IT bye bye pores powder. Highly agree Bare Minerals as a brand is under rated.
I heard if the dark circles are caused by general reasons, they could be caused by low of iron. I’m low in iron and also have far circles that won’t go away no matter what. So u may wanna have ur iron checked as well:)
Hi there. I get my blood checked regularly for hormonal reasons and they always check iron. I seem to be good on that. I think I just genetically have them unfortunately. Luckily, there are some great correctors out there. LOL
I love both the Jane iredale and color science correctors, both per your recommendation! I’ve got the hereditary dark circles that look so gray with just concealer, so those correctors have been like magic for my eyes! Of course now I want the Fitglow beauty corrector and their concealer ;) And, this wasn’t in this video, but I got the bite beauty setting powder (also per one of your videos!) and I’ve never used a powder that set my makeup so well! Like my makeup won’t move all day 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Have you tried the Charlotte Tilbury corrector? I’m wondering how Jane’s compares - I thought the CT one was a little dry, but I literally don’t have to set Tarte Creaseless concealer!! I bought the Bareminerals Complexion Rescue years ago for my daughter and thought it did nothing for me, but now I cannot live without it! My skin has changed so much in the last 5 years. Recently my absolute favorite foundation that doesn’t look like foundation is Bobbi Brown serum foundation - I just wish they’d take out the lavender oil, but it doesn’t irritate my skin and I’m pretty sensitive to fragrance.
Hi Wendy! Yes, I have tried that one. I find that Jane lasts longer on me than the CT one. Halfway through the day with CT, I can see my darkness peeking through more. I haven't tried the new formula of their serum foundation, but I remember loving the old one.
MAC paint pot in painterly as eyebase. Simply works well for me. Trinny London miracle blur to putty in the pores. A tinted eyebrow gel, not yet settled on which exact brand. Minimum to leave the house is eyebrow gel and a nude lip product
you all probably dont give a shit but does anyone know of a way to log back into an instagram account? I was dumb lost the account password. I love any help you can give me.
Great video Mandy! Your eyes are absolutely mesmerizing. I am 61 yrs old and I love Hourglass powders and blush. I use Dim Light or their trio finishing powder palette. I really like their double ended blush/ powder brush for both blush and buffing. It is very soft, washes well and has held up for over a year with daily use. I think I will try the Bare Minerals undereye powder. I've been a little apprehensive to try it as I don't want to accentuate wrinkles. I'm willing to give it a try for stay at home days though. Thank you for your research and time. God Bless. Faithful follower from Franklin!
I love your demo on the Hourglass powder. I buff everyday sometimes a little heavy handed. I have three of them, Luminous, Radiant and Dim Light. I have the brush too !! 💕.
I had no idea that Fitglow made a peach corrector! What the heck rock have I been under?? I also need to check out the Bare Minerals concealer, I'm on a mission to find what works for my dark circles.
I HAVE to put brown or black in my waterline! It would definitely be my desert island product. I will have to try the Pixi liner. I have so many, but I use Urban Decay 24/7 liner, but if there is something better...! My holy grail buffer is Hourglass veil. HAVE TO buff- have to! Lol Thanks Mandy, Lisa not Mike 😆😆
Mandy, can you use the hourglass radiant light as a base for days you don’t want to use makeup, I’m curious? I absolutely love mood exposure blush, I could easily wear it everyday!
Great picks! Love most of these! I couldn't get the JI concealer to work for me. Prob not patient enough but the Charlotte T. I use a lot. Ooo Funny, I've had a BM concealer in a kit I got a while ago, haven't tried. Gonna be doing that today! I have a drawer dedicated to Bare Minerals. Hehe I do use a lot of their stuff, especially on fast, work out days. My skin always thanks me.
Your eye look is beautiful! You turned me on to the BM Complexion Rescue and I love it! Now that I’m not going anywhere I mix a little bit of their liquid highlighter with my Elta MD and call it a day. It gives a nice glow. I’m curious if you have seen/tried Truth Treatments new peel kit?
Hi Mandy, I'm trying to think of products besides skincare that I feel I Must use everyday and I honestly don't usually use the same products everyday even mascara! Of course I'd have to have an eyebrow pencil, Anatashaia or BeautyCounter, Foundation would probably be GA Luminous Silk, still haven't found a great mascara yet and don't want to pay $$$ for mascara, I may/probably try the Chanel though. Love seeing all your video's! When will you be moving in the new house? I would be dying to move in there!!!
Great products Beverly! We are set to get in the house in June...hopefully early that month. Things are really coming together now and I am SO excited. Not too excited to sell our house and do all that goes along with that, but it's worth it. xoxo
I just went to purchase the fitglow beauty concealer and corrector. They are $65 Australian (only one site in Australia sells it by the looks of things) each so may have to wait but dying to try them. Just wondering if Radiant light powder has a sparkle to it? Dim light doesn't but diffused light has a lot of micro glitter in it and just dont know how to use as an all over face powder/buffer. Does the duo fibre brush help to make the glitter more soft? Love this eye look you are rocking! Xx
Oh no! I don't blame you for waiting. Radiant Light does have more a sheen than dim light for sure. But it doesn't translate to sparkle on the face. I do find that duo fibre brushes diffuse the product the best and help make it look like a true filter. xoxo
I use them separately depending on what I feel like using that day. The Jane Iredale is the lowest cost out of the three but if you are not comfortable with creams, I would try the fit glow. With my coupon code, that one ends up being $33. Hope this helps!
Hi Mandy, I think my most repurchased item is my becca under eye brightener. When the announced they were closing I bought 3. Question for you, I have the BM rescue and the Chantecaille gel foundation and I am trying to find a gel concealer to match texture. Any suggestions?
Hmmm...I don't know that I know of any gel concealers, but I have used so many with both of those base products, and all formulas tend to work great. Have you had issues with some concealers meshing well?
Mandy, really enjoyed this even though I know your favs 😊(except for the BM concealer). My top 6: Hourglass Dim Light, Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter, Josie Maran Vibrancy concealer, L’Oréal Lash Paradise in Blackest Black, Too Faced Peachy Mattes, Bare Minerals Complexion Rescue. Question: Would you use a dark brown in the waterline for clients 50 plus or stick with black? Thanks!
OMGosh!! At first I thought this was an older video perhaps two years old.. Then at the very end when you were talking about Complexion Rescue and when you said "when the gyms were open and the girls were in school" and I realized that this was an "Era of COVID-19" video. It just made me a little sad, because of how our world is changing--- I don't think we're ever going to go back to the way we were. So many businesses lost, so many things closed forecer, so many people having such a hard time... We are retired and doing OK, and both of our children are adults & fine, my son has a US Govt job, so he won't lose his job. However my daughter is a Registered Nurse in Israel and I don't know how long it's going to be before I see her and my three grandchildren... And that's what makes me so sad.. Missing so much important time in their lives. Israel just went on Lockdown again today, Schools closed, & ppl must stay home. U have to have a pass to walk more than 100 yards from home. (which she does cause of her job of course but that's worrisome too) Anyway, THANKS for thr video! I so agree with you about Complexion Rescue and was glad to find out about the other products and how you use them☺😷
Hi! I really loved this video! Pixi also do a tight line eyeliner . Have you tried that as well? Just wondering how they compare before I purchase xxxx
Good morning Mandy and Thank you for another great video! I am 40+ with dark circles like crazy and i was wondering - how do the 3 correctors compare to the tarte cc or the Charlotte tilbury corrector? Thank you and stay healthy and safe!
I find that the CT one tends to fade on me throughout the day. It looks great upon first application, but halfway through the day, my darkness really starts peeking through. I don't find that to be the case with the three I mentioned, at least on me. I have tried the Tarte, but it's been a VERY long time, so I don't know how to compare it to the ones I like without trying it again and refreshing my memory. Hope this helps!
Mandy you’ve probably already addressed this but what tool do you use for the fitglow corrector and would you recommend the bare minerals on mature under eyes?
Hey Taylor! Kosas is one of my very favorite concealers so I would have to say that one over the fit glow, although the fit glow corrector is one of my very faves as far as correcting goes. :)
On Sephora website for the Hourglass powder there are 5 powders. One is Dim Light, and one is Luminious Light. I know you mentioned yours was radiant light. I am confused as to which specific one your talking about. Each powder says Radiant light powders and then the names...dim, luminious etc. I would love to try this powder for the sale. Not sure which one you have.
Hi there. There is only one that’s called radiant light....it’s the darkest ones to the right. There is dim light, ethereal light, mood light, diffused light, and radiant light. I hope this helps! 🥰
Mandy Davis MUA thank you so much for replying! I will pick that one! Can’t wait! Absolutely love your videos and all the content you put out and your precious spirit! You are a delight. May God richly bless you in this season.
I feel like most would work, but for the best "buff" , I would look for one that doesn't have too fat of a handle and ferrule which means it is a bit more concentrated at the base and not too fluffy. That should give a good buff. Hope this helps!
I'm wondering if you've tried the Becca under eye brightening corrector? i've heard good things and wonder how it compares to the fitglow? Ive got genetic dark circles too with coloring very similar to yours, but my skin is more mature than yours and stuff keeps sticking in my crepey undereye wrinkles.
Hi Kristin! I have used that and I think it's great. I am not a fan of super light under eyes on myself, so it's a bit too bright for me. The Fit Glow is a better color on me.
I think it's a great product. I for some reason don't like to have my under eyes be any brighter than my face so it can be a bit bright for me sometimes, but if you like that look, which many do, it's fabulous!!
Mandy Davis MUA thanks. I actually prefer a matte look. Unfortunately in Canada we don’t have easy access to all the products. I bought the Pixi one but find it a bit drying sometimes.
Hey Kim! I personally love a good dew so I don't feel like I do, but it may depend on what SPF you use underneath. My tried and true elta md works great underneath. Hope this helps!
I wanted to add my go-to's :) I LOVE Marc Jacobs Mascara, Milk Mascara, and Supergoop Unseen Primer! I also use the Marc Jacobs mascara primer and I'm VERY satisfied with it but both of the mascara's I mentioned do well without it, too! The primer is like a velvet gel! It feels so fantastic on your skin, in my opinion! Let us know if you've tried these or think you might! :)
Hey great video! Just an FYI UA-cam unsubbed me from you 4 times now. Not sure if its happening to other people but I wanted to bring it to your attention in case there is something you can do to rectify the glitch.
That is so frustrating! I have no idea why UA-cam does that. I am so sorry. I wish we had the power to work on glitches, but it seems youtube does what it wants. I am glad you always find your way back to me though!
Hi there! It's more of a tinted product with light coverage. So if you have a lot of redness, you may want to go over those spots with a concealer after the Bare Minerals. :)
I'm more fair skin toned, and I am obsessed with using hourglass radiant light to buff and 'set' my cream bronzer. I use diffused light to set my concealer or to set the center of my face. They are STUNNINNGGGG.
They really are! So glad you love them too!
Hey Mandy!!
Yay Lynn! I hope to have it up Friday! I am so happy you love the buffing technique as much as I do...you are so right...it's a game changer!!
I can't live without the Osmosis luminous treatment primer & highlighter. I have been using it for a few weeks now and it makes my dry skin feel amazing. I saw it in one of your videos and I have purchased everything in that video because your skin looks amazing. Thank you for sharing.
So glad you love that primer Gina! It is a staple for me now too. xoxo
Hi Mandy. How about a video about what you would pack for a beach vacation(makeup and skincare) It would give us something very pleasant to hope for.
Good idea Susan! I will add it to the list!
Great picks!!! Love many of those too!

Thank you so much Aly!! I will add it to my list. xoxo
These types of videos are so helpful. Thank you for all the details and explanations on WHY they are your must haves. Be safe!
I am so glad it was helpful!
Please do a tutorial on your eye look today!
I will add it to the list Allison. xoxo
Mandy you’re such a bright light on a cloudy day! You look absolutely gorgeous. Love your eyes actually love your whole look. Hopefully tutorial! I am loving the fit glow corrector! Thank you! You are so sweet Robbie! So glad you are loving the Fit Glow corrector! And I agree..it's so hard to not use the new stuff. That's probably why I have such an abundance of makeup. LOL
Your eye makeup is just.... perfect ughhh 😍😍😍
Thank you so much Rachel!
Please do a GRWM on this beautiful eye makeup look 🙏
Thank you! I will add it to my list.
Ok so I’m loving the Revision Intellishade. I have been using that on top of my skincare. And I’m back on the Chanel tan de Chanel. And the nudestix in bare back.
Yay! I love the Revision too!
We have many of the same favorites! I also love the Colorescience Total Eye, BareMinerals Complexion Rescue, and Hourglass Radiant Bronze Light.
You have amazing taste!
It’s an amazing how the upper waterline all of a sudden shows! I use the Milk boss eye liner because it doesn’t get on my contacts and doesn’t go where it isn’t wanted. Thanks 🙏
I do too!!
So glad you have one that works so well for you Sue. Thanks for sharing!
Love this Linda!! It's like Christmas!
I too love the Pixie pencil!!!!!!
I use the bareMinerals concealer with a damp sponge 🙌🏻🙌🏻❤️❤️
I bet that's gorgeous!
The Fit Glow sounds really nice and not too thick.. and a more peachy shade is what I usually wear for my corrector. As always I have to comment on your stunning eye look. I sound like a broken record but you really have the most beautiful eyes and do gorgeous eye looks 💙💙💙
You are so sweet Susan...thank you!
Can’t live without summer bisque or well rested. Love them both. Love my Mac Face & Body. IT bye bye pores powder. Highly agree Bare Minerals as a brand is under rated.
I need to try well rested again...I have a feeling I would love that as well!
Thank you Mandy! You look flawless as usual...I did buy that hourglass you suggested...thank you for being so delightful to watch, stay safe, Mary ❤️
Thank you so much Mary!!! xoxo

Thank you Ruth! You really can't beat Hourglass powders. So glad you love them too!! xoxo
Hey Mandy :-)) I have the Dim Light Hourglass its just lovely :-)) Your so right on the upper lid turning out, i noticed that in my 40s. oxoxoxox
It's so strange how it does that!
The becca one is a fave of mine. Ppl like the ct one too
I love your demo on the Hourglass powder. I buff everyday sometimes a little heavy handed. I have three of them, Luminous, Radiant and Dim Light. I have the brush too !! 💕.
Thank you Carol! I have all three of those too. You just can't go wrong with them.
I’m very intrigued by the Colorscience product. You and a couple of other ladies wear it and swear by it so I may purchase this.
I think you will not regret purchasing it Carla!
I love BareMinerals Summer Bisque too! I'm wearing it as my foundation today.
Love that!!
I had no idea that Fitglow made a peach corrector! What the heck rock have I been under?? I also need to check out the Bare Minerals concealer, I'm on a mission to find what works for my dark circles.
Don't feel too bad...it's super new! LOL It's SOOOO good!!
Just ordered the Fitglow corrector! It looks like the perfect color 😍
Oh I can't wait to hear what you think Lauren!!

Yes!! It's such a must do step in my routine that makes such a difference!!
Mandy, can you use the hourglass radiant light as a base for days you don’t want to use makeup, I’m curious? I absolutely love mood exposure blush, I could easily wear it everyday!
Hey Shelley! I imagine you could, although I haven't tried it. I would think it would be a gorgeous look!
Thank you, Mandy, I’ll let you know how it looks. 🌟

I just subscribed to your channel because you like the bareminerals concealer! 😂😂😂 it’s my holy grail! It’s so creamy! I can’t live without it.

Wow 😮 I just realized my dark circles do get worse when my allergies act up🧐 thank you Mandy!!!
Yes! I look like skeletor when my allergies are really acting up. LOL
I just ordered the Bare Minerals concealer powder from Sephora! Got the 15% discount. Thanks for the recommendation!
Yay! I hope you love it Missy!

Mandy, do you use the eye correctors together or separately?
If you have to budget, which would you recommend?

Great list of must haves Lora!! Dark brown is also beautiful and I think it all comes down to personal preference. They both do the job though. :)
Love your eyes
Thank you Beth!
I love your hands....your nails! Us mommies understand and love you even more for it!!! 💞💞💞
You are so sweet Karen. Thank you!
I so agree with you about Complexion Rescue and was glad to find out about the other products and how you use them☺😷
That is so very sad Kara! I agree...if we get back to whatever normal was, I have a feeling it will take quite a long time!
Hi! I really loved this video! Pixi also do a tight line eyeliner . Have you tried that as well? Just wondering how they compare before I purchase xxxx
I haven't...I need to check into it!
What colors did you use on your eyes? Beautiful
Thanks Lisa! I used the second and third color in the desk trio in my crease and the first color in the day trio on my lid. :)
Mandy Davis MUA who makes it
Lisa Gerson Charlotte Tilbury. I always link everything I am wearing in the description box. 🥰
Mandy Davis MUA Thank you so much
Mandy you’ve probably already addressed this but what tool do you use for the fitglow corrector and would you recommend the bare minerals on mature under eyes?
I use the Fit Glow conceal and correct brush but any brush would do. I think you would like the Fit Glow more...it's a tad more moisturizing. :)
Would love to know your thoughts about the Kosas Conealer versus FitGlow beauty
Mandy, do you have recommendations or instructions for picking out a duo fiber brush? :)
I feel like most would work, but for the best "buff" , I would look for one that doesn't have too fat of a handle and ferrule which means it is a bit more concentrated at the base and not too fluffy. That should give a good buff. Hope this helps!
Ok I’m going to treat myself 🥰🥰 Thankyou 🙏🏻
You are so welcome Angelina!!
@@MandyDavisMUA Thank you. That's really helpful.
Do you like Summer Bisque better than well rested from Bare Minerals?
Hey LouAnn! They are both great but I like Summer Bisque a bit more because it's a bit less yellow in my opinion and more my skintone. :)
Can the Colorscience eye product also serve as an eye cream so I wouldn't need a separate one?
yes...it has enough skincare to serve as one. :)
Great Video Mandy
I use the Becca Corrector - what are your thoughts?
I think it's a great product. I for some reason don't like to have my under eyes be any brighter than my face so it can be a bit bright for me sometimes, but if you like that look, which many do, it's fabulous!!
Mandy Davis MUA thanks. I actually prefer a matte look. Unfortunately in Canada we don’t have easy access to all the products. I bought the Pixi one but find it a bit drying sometimes.
Mandy do u feel like you get to dewy with your sunscreen and the bare minerals rescue complexion?
Hey Kim! I personally love a good dew so I don't feel like I do, but it may depend on what SPF you use underneath. My tried and true elta md works great underneath. Hope this helps!
and can you use the powder if you use cream and liquid foundations/cc creams, etc?
Yes! I would do the foundation first and then the powder concealer. :)
Happy Wednesday Everyone
I wanted to add my go-to's :) I LOVE Marc Jacobs Mascara, Milk Mascara, and Supergoop Unseen Primer! I also use the Marc Jacobs mascara primer and I'm VERY satisfied with it but both of the mascara's I mentioned do well without it, too! The primer is like a velvet gel! It feels so fantastic on your skin, in my opinion! Let us know if you've tried these or think you might! :)
I have tried the mascaras and they are great!
Hey from Norway, BareMinerals rescue, do IT cover redness well, I am son 55 and have alot of redness. ❤️🇳🇴
Hi there! It's more of a tinted product with light coverage. So if you have a lot of redness, you may want to go over those spots with a concealer after the Bare Minerals. :)
Love from Canada!
xoxo
I wish I had 1/2 the real estate you have on your eyes! js Great video!
Thank you!
thanks for vid pretty lady. be safe

Does anyone else's BM Complexion Rescue have a metallic smell or is something wrong with mine?
Oh no! I don't find mine does at all.
