No need for Coca-Cola syrup, anymore.
Thanks for the blast from the past, Mr. Beat.
In the show Food that Changed America on the History Channel, they discussed how Heinz helped convince some members of Congress to help start an organization, that helped lead to the FDA, to get competition that made ketchup look bad (by mimicking Heinz Ketchup in packaging and look of the product with possible toxic ingredients/fillers.
I remember hearing this, too.
Yeah this video is not sponsored by Coca-Cola. But it is sponsored by c o c a i n e
Hey Mr. Beat, Have you ever thought about making a video about how congressional districts or how the mapping of one works?
Would have been nice to have some history of funding for the FDA. Who gave money to them and who took money away from them.
I love learning thank you :)
I've been watching for a while; I've figured out why I am enthralled with your content. You give the quintessential teacher vibe; your speech pattern (here, that is) is even yet not monotone, entertaining with jokes and emphasis. Thank you for the seemingly unbiased educational video and all you bring to the internet.
So a company around us denied working with coca-cola because of trace amounts of cocaine. I worked at their warehouse, the machine used to test it is the same machine that they use to look at mayonnaise and molecular level to get the fat content precisely. This machine doesn’t play around it’s worth millions I think the guy who ran it had a master’s degree. Was a cool dude talked to him a couple times
Don’t hate on cocaine as a local anesthetic. You wouldn’t have novocaine, lidocaine and all other “caines” at your dental office without it.
True true.
MrBeat create a history of the Securities and Exchange Commission next!

I say make them legal. All these people thinking they are buying Oxycontin or other pills wouldn't end up with ones laced with fentanyl. Tax and regulate them like alcohol.
FDR signed the FDC to improve the FDA!
