There is something great in that kind of video. Maybe not words themselves, but that close-up mic and softer voice [something between whisper and quiet talking?] So good!
I absolutely melted into my chair. I generally don't care for trigger word videos, but the timbre of your voice coupled with your word choice just mesmerised me. And Maddy's purring made it all the more wonderful. Beautiful work, BTM!

This was so amazingly relaxing to listen to. You have such a calming and soothing whisper. I first came to appreciate how beautiful the French language was when I discovered Francoise Hardy music years ago, now it is just as nice to listen to as ASMR whispers. Also just as a matter of trivial interest, where I come from, a Rusk was a type of hard biscuit for babies to suck on when they were teething, they soon turned into a disgusting soggy mess. I don't think they are available anymore, just thought you'd like to know ,ha ha. I really appreciate your videos, you have a lovely voice.
This is amazing! I've just started learning French and I fell asleep to this and when I woke up I remembered each word. Favourite ASMRtist already. ASMR sounds so much better in French in my opinion.
My favourite word was "coquelicot", really sweet to listen to. Not sure if this has been requested before but would like for some ASMR of you teaching french! Cheers and stay safe.
Hello! Thank you for your comment, I really like "coquelicot" as well. I've recently done two ASMR videos where I teach french, you can go check them out if you're interested!
Excellente sélection de certains des plus jolis mots de la langue française. Ils sont encore plus jolis lorsque prononcés avec une voix veloutée comme la vôtre! Merci!
When I first heard "coquelicot" I thought that she was saying "cocorico", which is the sound the French assign to roosters. I definitely thought we were having fun making animal noises.
Ohhhhh that was my fantasy :( to hear the word "coquillage" as a trigger word. It's a beautiful word, such a wonderful language French is :( "coquillage" could make a whole video, Idk why I love so much that word, I heard it in a song and I felt for it
You did pronounce albaricoque perfectly. Also, pacotille exists in spanish with almost the same form, only with an /a/ in exchange of the final /e/, pacotilla. With exactly the same meaning. I guess we borrowed it from french.
This is so relaxing, BehindTheMoons ❤️. French seems to have an abundance of /k/ and /sh/ sounds. They are so triggering. I have a question. What's the difference between chuchotement & chuchotage?
I would say 'chuchotement' is the way of speaking quietly, of whispering while 'chuchotage' is this kind of quiet noise (but a bit nerve-wracking) of people whispering when they shouldn't (like during classes) or when they're trash talking someone... I think Ex: "J'ai entendu des chuchotements" = I heard whispers/ people whispering "J'ai entendu des chuchotages" = I heard people whispering when they should keep quiet/ people trash talking quietly
Beautiful video, je l'ai aimé. I'm soooo relaxed after watching it. I really enjoyed how you said the few Spanish words, can you do a video with Spanish trigger words?? Je suis sûr que je l'aimerais :))
Merci beaucoup! 🤗 I could be making a spanish triggers words video for sure! I just don't speak spanish so I'm afraid I'll misprononce some words, I noted the idea anyway 😀
I don't really have a strong opinion on the preview, so I would be ok either way. I know ASMR Bakery puts previews in their videos and they seem to be well-received. That's a really cool shirt by the way! You find such interesting pieces. I just learned the word albaricoque thanks to your video, lol. I didn't recognize that word, because in Mexican Spanish apricots are almost exclusively called "chabacanos" (plural form).
Thank you for mentioning ASMR Bakery, I didn't know her but I've just checked her videos out and subscribed! I was inspired by ASMR Zeitgeist for the preview, I really enjoy what his previews bring to his videos. And thank you about the shirt! I got it secondhand last year in London, I really like it too 🤗
