Nice job with this Tim, I followed your progress on instagram. I'm still surprised at how affordable the toprock is compared to similar jobsite speaker systems. I'd have a few more woodworking specific items in my own kit, but some great ideas in here.
For me, the pylwood insert does two things. I think it gives a sturdier bottom to the foam. So it can ride on top of the crosses molding in the bottom. Next, for the items in the foam, I choose to cut all the way through the foam. So the pylwood is the backstop for those items. And in fact I have some cutout in the plywood to lock in the Organizer insert feet. It will make more sense as I show the "how I made it" video.
@@SystainerStore thanks! I saw you guys are starting to sell the plywood inserts. Will you offer the file since I have a cnc I can use to cut it out. I recall reading something about that offer but can't find the file on your website
@@DucPhan20 You bet I'll offer the files. We aren't selling just yet, but I am collecting emails to judge interest. I need to do some more testing on the Systainer3 M files before publishing those and then I'll start with Systainer3 L. I'm getting closer.
@@DucPhan20 The plans? They will be a free download. Non-commercial license, you can't use it to make commercial products but use it all you want for you, your friends, etc.
I used Brainstorm ID labels and an inkjet printer. I love it! I've got a couple videos on it. See this playlist. ua-cam.com/play/PL468EXBoR18ZNQ-AZK3h2lynYmnSZ1V_X.html

I'm glad to inspire!
What's the purpose of the plywood bottom insert?

@@SystainerStore are you selling them or offer for free? If not how much?
