Actors are being criticized for their roles and It means only one thing. They fit the role so well and effectively captured emotions perfectly from the audience. This show isn't perfect but characteristically relatable. We are all humans who aren't perfect but trying to be the best we can to survive either by being a better person contributing to the society or just existing. Houlang should be viewed in different angle and with understanding.
I like Mr ren's character, his integrity to teach that young man not to lie to his parents. To stand for truth. There's not much going on in this generation or society.

Since this is TV series, it focuses point not on male-female love but on the TCM, doctor responsibilities and family relationship. Therefore, the focus point is on Wu Gang(master) and Lusi, how Wu Gang changes Tou Tou's life.
