Sceptiles ass. Off of technicality, the best gen of competitive starters is gen 1 during gen 6 when megas were there. Mega sceptile didnt get much use compared to venasaur, charizards and blastoise
TIP: CATCH EVERY POKEMON, THET HAVE GUARANTEED CATCH RATE AND THEY DO NOT APPEAR SHINY WHEN FIGHTING THEM, THEIR CHANCE OF SHINY IS 1/300 AND WITH CHARM 1/100

Imagine the pokemon that got megas in the past gens got a gigantamax form that looked like their mega.

I find that since there’s no shields on the Pokémon it’s so much quicker then the other danamax stuff which is so great because my wrost fear was that the danamax adventures would be so long that I didn’t want to go through it
No sheilds also means that there's no defense, sp. Defense, or hp drop when the shield breaks. So it's really a hindrance. Especially when you run into bulky pokemon like suicune.
And? It’s much better without shields. With the amount of idiots using status moves that don’t even work, and people wasting dynamax just because they want to use it, instead of passing to the teammate who would be better with it, the send are much easier without shields. You can always pick support mons who use status moves that drop their defenses or attacks either way.
@@H3Guide the defense drops from shield breaks are simply icing on the cake. The important part of shield breaks is the extra damage inflicted when the shield break occurs. And against really bulky legendaries like Suicune, any extra damage is welcome. And shields aren't even annoying. The actual annoying part are the HP thresholds. Because of them there's only so much damage your party can do at one time. You can use a hard hitting move like high jump kick and wind up doing a grand total of 1 damage and it's all because you were just inches away from the threshold.

When hunting for the starters, I go with AI partners. If I don't see them in the den or pokemon of their type, I KO my teammates to leave early. Same happens after I catch them.

It's great the catch rate is 100%, meaning we have easy chances to get the Hoenn starters in apricorn balls ect without the need to transfer from gen 7.
I'm actually really liking the dynamax adventure. The Pokemon you get seen to have guaranteed 4 max ivs, and some decent moves meaning it dissent take a lot to turn one into a competative mon. Plus it makes it easy for trade mons. I got a drizzle polytoad earlier today, and saw a normal slowking as well.
I think Hoenn prob had the best starters (except you, Rowlet. You’ll always be my favorite)

My favorite Hoenn starter is Mudkip, but Treecko is a very close second as well. Hoenn in my opinion has the best starters overall.
My opinion would be the Kanto or the one with froakie in it..

For the Regis, when you battle them and then it deactivates, it counts as different Pokémon. I know that because in the Pokédex it says I battled 6 registeel.

4:06 here do not listen to him. when you fight the pokemon it will NOT show if it is shiny or not, only after you catch it and are in the menu to choose which pokemon to take with you at the end. So you should always catch the pokemon just to be safe.
but, anyways, about the hoenn starters, what makes it even worse is that if you find their middle evolutions they are 100% guaranteed to not have their hidden abilities, which could be omega stinky if you're trying to get a dank hoenn starter. i got a swampert with its hidden ability from the dynamax adventures, and i bred it with a 6 IV destiny knot ditto and got an absolutely dope shiny mudkip with its hidden ability. keep in mind, if the hoenn starter has its hidden ability, when you breed, the bred pokemon has a 50/50 chance of having the hidden ability or not. it costs 200 dynite ore for an ability patch to change their ability to their hidden ability. i bred a shiny torchic from a blaziken i got in dynamax adventures with its hidden ability, and the shiny torchic didn't have its hidden ability.
Finally! Hoenn starters are here! Now I can transfer my good ol' Alpha Sapphire Swampert and wreck the Crown Tundra!

Yassss !!! So my Only question would be since Blazekien is Fighting/Fire.....would you go walk to both of those types or just to one ?? I had a Blazekien in Pokemon Ruby for the GBA back in the day and decimated everyone with Cut, Sky Uppercut, Blaze Kick and Double Kick.....this excites me to have a chance at him again. I found Swampert easily and man I would even trade that thing for a Blazekien if I could !!!!

According to what I have heard to dynamax adventure actually has an increased shiny odds 1: 100 with shiny charm and 1: 300 without.

So if you catch all 4 pokemon you have chance that 1/25 that one of that is shiny.

You can send it, you don’t need the crown tundra
Here’s a faster way 1. Open Pokémon go and catch one then transfer it to HOME then put it in sword or shield and enjoy

So I was told you can transfer Pokémon from Pokémon GO into the let’s go games. Can you also transfer them to sword and shield? Or from GO into let’s go, and then into sword or shield? Or is there just now way to do that yet

I remember doing my first Dynamax adventure
I got all the way to the end and the legendary there was Suicune. I almost got to catch it, but it reset the stats and got to go first and killed the low hp Altaria one of the NPCs had.
We already had 3 deaths, and when the Altaria fainted we lost. I was so sad.

I did what you said in the vid and once I found a sceptile on about my 3rd dynamax adventure and at the end of that third adventure the sceptile just so happened to be a SHINY

Hello I’m coming back to Pokémon after years of being out the loop, I last played soul silver on the DS, I was wondering if there was a way for me to get my Pokémon on the switch.
That Dynite ore toll is BRUTAL for people with bad connection
Torchic is easily my favorite with treecko being the first nonfire Pokémon to even be considered.
I got a Grovyle on my first den but then I ended up beating it, so I picked the Suicune over it :/
You can only catch a pokemon in max lair (dynamax adventures) by beating it means you have not played the game
Seeing how I've recently transferred a shiny Treecko from GO to HOME then I can't wait to put Treecko to use on the games, although I hope that I can transfer it over without having the Crown Tundra update.
I love Sceptile but I NEED my Cindaquil from Pokémon Go and my other Johto starters. And yeah the Alola starters are alright but they’re some of my least favorite along with the sinnoh starters. Also this is where I caught my shiny Grovyle!

Giratina: cuddles
Tapu fini: mermaid
Ruicune: diamond
rayquaza: snek
Cresselia: moon
