This game is not what it seems...
Inspired by creepy/bad edutainment games from the 90s (Sonic's Schoolhouse, I.M. Meen, 3D Dinosaur Adventure: Save the Dinosaurs), this game starts out seemingly innocent enough, but it quickly becomes clear that this isn't edutainment. Collect all 7 of the notebooks and escape the school, all while avoiding Baldi. Baldi has many friends in the school that will slow down your progress and put you at risk of being caught, so learn how each character works and how you can avoid their attention. Find and use items to your advantage. Oh, and finally, try not to get the quiz answers wrong... Each wrong answer makes Baldi angrier...

Actually in development, each notebook was gonna have it's own subject, but due to time restrains, it was changed to just math, but it still has the names in the code.

5:10 to answer your question, I’m no expert but i am pretty sure that the notebooks teleport out of the map when you collect one, so that the creators don’t have to do something or run a function that deletes it

It was unnoticeable to most of us, as it was still the *'same'* scribbled numbers and letters.

By typing in the number “31718”, you will unlock the secret known as “This Is Where It All Began”, which teleports you to the test room used during the game's creation. In the real Live Baldi Basic game the third question will always be wrong, it’s 2022 I taught everyone knew this is a mod, a modded version of the game where the third question will always be right

The reason why there are more notebooks underneath the map is because the developer put the same notebooks underneath the classrooms where all 7 notebooks are. You can see where the bully is when every time he disappear, being caught by Principle of the thing or give him the items you have

The baldi that greets you goes underground and is replaced with the baldi that chases you
The doors that you have to find when Baldi says “get out while you still can!!” Are also under the ground until Baldi says “get out while you still can!!”
Also while this is a bully isn’t blocking your path he kind of just chills out underground as well with the notebooks the Baldi that greets you and the exit doors

for those who dont understand in one fgteev episode duddy and lex were playing baldis basic and lex got the impossible question right on all 7 note books (i think) and theres a second floor under the school with more note books

The "42" is simply because it's the answer to the meaning of life.
Normally the impossible questions will force you to get them wrong when 42 is set to false anyways..

i'm think arts and crafters got very sick during that earthquake because not only is arts and crafters the fastest charecter in baldi's basics, but he also probably had to deal with being literatly THROWN AROUND the school house.
