Thank you so so much!!! As a single mom, I don’t know how to do everything around the house when it breaks and I can’t afford to always call a service man. I had to replace the timer on my dryer and in doing that- I had the back panel off while waiting for new timer to arrive. (The stem broke) as I was drying a load of clothes, I knocked the timer box out of the bracket by accident and sparks flew. When the new timer came, I stripped the melted wire tip and replaced the terminal. Hooked everything up and .. no power! I didn’t check the breaker for a while- but when I did.. I couldn’t get it to stay in the ON position. I followed your directions and now my dryer works! Thank you thank you thank you!!! 😁 EXTREMELY HELPFUL!

Went down to the breaker box to simply turn it back on. Didn't work. So I've been without power for two days- until now. Was headed to Lowe's to try to by "amps" to "install" myself (I know, I know). Lol. Silly me. Thanks for this. Easy fix.

My problem was that the breaker wasn't fully in the off position, it just looked like it was so it wasn't resetting properly.
