Dr Stange 2 was praised for the aspects Sam Raimi did have full control of like the horror esc scenes aka Strange possessing his dead body. Maybe he is just a Sam Raimi fan in general since he has worked on multiple huge films like evil dead.

Some Gojo fans are actually pissed that Gege didn't undermine Gojo's entire character arc.
I sort of disagree. I personally would have liked to see Gojo return and connect with the people still alive and around him in the present rather than him staying dead. Gege could have brought him back without undermining his character, its not like it would have been impossible.
I do think story wise this is better, it makes more sense and is more interesting but its kinda just bland because of how bleak everything has gotten. Characters are dying left and right, being maimed and brutalized like theres no tomorrow and to me its just made it feel pointless. Like, what's the point if everyone is dead? There's been no room to breathe, no breaks, no middle plot, just one death after another. I'm sure some people like it, but its just really sour. The series has started to feel rushed, it doesn't feel satisfying to watch anymore.

As some1 who ran with every gojo revival theory, this is even better than gojo himself coming back, I could be biased bc I’ve wanted yuta to copy the 6 eyes for forever now but this is by far the best narrative option and I apologize to gege for doubting him

I honestly respect this decision due to how they have never shown a reasonable way to bring someone back from the dead so I honestly don’t know how they could have revived Gojo without a lot of backlash on how it worked based on everything we know in regards to Jujutsu. This also doesn’t guarantee victory against Sukuna but it gives them a better shot given how much trouble Gojo already gave Sukuna. The question becomes will Yuta be able to use Gojo’s powers to their full extent to keep pace or get the better of Sukuna?

Something I just noticed while watching this, you can see the faintest trace of the Kenjaku stitches on the forehead in the panel from last chapter where Sukuna noticed Gota.
But WHAT IF GOJO’s soul/body is sooo powerful like Toji’s so that after the 5 minutes are up Yuta goes into his own body, and Gojo comes back to his own body and he gets to live again.

I think a lot of people are making these different theories but never realize that Toji was the only character that we know of to actually come back from the dead because of someone else’s cursed technique and gojo going into the battle with sukuna was wearing the fit toji wore when he fought but also the outfit toji wore when he killed him so maybe just by drawing the parallels and by using context clues, gojo was meant to die so he could back a newer version of himself especially since he never went north

A potential outcome is the Toji scenario. Gojo's body could in theory take over once the technique ends. Toji's special body allowed him to resist the curse technique and essentially "revive" so it is a different scenario. However, we saw a hint of when Geto's body for a brief second resisted Kenjaku's technique in the Shibuya incident plus with Yuta's cursed technique potentially weird interaction with Geto's cursed technique it could bring about a similar scenario to Toji's.

Gojo and Yuta could have just stayed dead, they’re azz probably gonna die in 2 chapters anyways sht just got extended for a garbage plot suprise
It really is though. Gege creates flashbacks to support his aimless writing. Lol i love jjk. Especially season 1 when he obviously had more time to write and create. But his writing gets sloppy
Its actually an attempt, post mortem of another person understanding 'the strongest" and protecting the weak by sacrificing himself for the sake of defeating unstoppable yet malevolent power.
Gojo has passed on while being acknowledged and doesn't have to burden himself with being misunderstood while basically nursing those who are weaker than him because of a patronizing sense of duty and to some extent anxiousness in people pleasing.
Yuta, essentially Steve Rogers in having heart but inhabiting a body to better enforce his ideals.
