And thankfully my husband helped me more and took the time to educate himself more on postpartum and the emotional/mental/physical state we go through. The postpartum journey is an experience to say the least. I prepared so much for labor and delivery but I had no idea about postpartum phase. It's such a blessing you get to stay home and tend to your little one. I recently took mine out of daycare and I work from home lol my days are busyyy!

Get off the apetamin and ensure and get gelatinized maca root. Whole Foods has a good brand with less fillers in capsule form. You can also do powder form for smoothies. Maca root is all you need . I have done it all including what your own now it does not work in terms of sustainability and apetamin makes your stomach big. Take two capsules after you eat and take it consistently. You will see results within 6 weeks. It’s hard for me to gain and maintain weight and his has helped me to get from 120-160.
