  • 斬魄刀「斬月」を日本刀みたいに作ってみる。
    古鉄を材料にして鋼を造り、鍛錬して火造りで形を出していきます。
Part1 of the making Zangetsu Sword from BLEACH. In this video, old iron is forged like a Japanese sword and processed into the shape of a sword. The material used for this process is a large saw that is more than 100 years old.

I'm quite curious, how you determined that the steel have enough carbon content from carburization? Cause as far as I know if steel contain too much carbon it can turn into cast iron wich is super brittle, is it depends on time, heat or the amount of carbon you use? If you kindly enough to answer this I would really tank you

      ありがとうございます!
      古鉄ということで鋼の性格を大まかにしか掴めていない為、次回の難関は焼入れです!

I wonder which version of Zangetsu. Probably the original bankai.

    interesting as usual!!!👍
I wonder if it's possible to you to share the blue print of your press and the reference of the hydrolic piston and pump?
i need a hydrolic press but it's to expensive so i think it's better to craft it like you did.
thanks for your answer and keep going!

Thanks as always for watching. The hydraulic mechanism uses a commercially available wood splitter with the model number ELS10, so I'll include the URL to the manual for that product.

As for the blueprints, I changed them as needed while building the press, so I don't have the exact ones. Forgive me.
