I took time off of school because I had to babies back to back but I am now motivated and determined to finish all thanks to you for making me feel that it is possibly even if your a mom of 2… I was feeling like I’m outta time because I’m 21 but I have realized it’s never to late

Your sO sweet Madi! I remember wake up at 5am (after going to bed at midnight) and driving to clinical at like 6 something in the morning and I swear I contemplated my life then. I used to say to myself, “ Can you see yourself working the morning shift for the rest of your life?” My answer every time was, “ Hell no!” I am NOT a morning person I’ve work 3-11pm for almost 18 years. BLESS YOUR HEART for waking up at unGodly hours. I love you! Xo❤️. Keep up the good work. You got this girl!

Hey girlie I know how exhausted it can be at the end of the day. I advise to try not to fall asleep in your contacts, because it deprives the eyes of oxygen and possibly can cause a corneal ulcer. I know that exhausted feeling, try to prepare yourself mentally on the way home to remove them shortly after getting home. take care💕

Your video is so motivating because I’m just very much questioning if I want to still do this. All they talk about is bedside, which isn’t my goal, so I’m questioning whether I should have just gone to surgical tech school, but then I have surgeons and OR nurses telling me to keep going!
Can you/do you have a video on how to land a residency/new grad job in a speciality? I’m seriously scared because I know just physically I cannot work bedside due to EDS and dysautonomia. Clinicals are so hard for me. Like I can talk to people and do technical stuff but like I cannot lift people at all.

Are you able to explain what the vibe of the postpartum vs L&D floor. I did my clinicals for OB and PP, I loved working on the PP unit. At your hospital, do you have to work both L&D and PP or just one? Can you explain all of the tests? When you give them?

I was in the hospital over the summer and there’s this one nurse who I still remember. Her name is Amber. She treated me with kindness. I am only 29 so you can probably imagine how scared I was being in the hospital.
