I just left mine😩 seemed like the perfect guy but deep down too sneaky. My gut was always warning me about him and his work schedule never added up. As much as I miss and love him, I had to let it go.
The reason I want a man above a certain height is because short men are often very insecure and agrressive. Learned the hard way. I used to not care about a mans looks nor finance, needles to say I suffered greatly for that. Lost my years, youth, money and got stomped on cussed at etc because they couldnt believe a beautiful woman like me would choose them. Never again, I rather stay single then date a man that is either overweight, broke, ugly or short ever again, my beauty and child bearing years are fading. A few months ago a car salesman approached me in the same manner even though I am a woman. That man had a attitude, and he had a manipulative tone to where he was almost yelling at me. I told him No Thank You and I left. Who in the world did he think I was? Lol Now I will NEVER go back to that dealership again.
I don't play about my standards, deal breakers and non negotiables because i know they are not unrealistic, they are minimum requirements of respect and i'm not asking for anything I wont or cant give. It applies to every relationship in my life. My cut of game is insane because of this. I had a problem with my ex boyfriend saying “Im going to take a piss.” Piss is NOT a word I grew up with nor use. It’s vulgar and too much information using THAT word. I expressed that to him and, after a couple more times, he changed it! We broke up for other reasons, communication being the main reason. That word is a standard/deal breaker. But, he heard me and that issue got resolved by him not saying it anymore.

My daughters fiance is only 5' 8". They are so in love with each other ;) He is extremely intelligent, works in a management position, and does everything he possibly can for my kid. All do respect- Tony was acknowledging that double standards exist, but we don’t have to honor them. So when men say things like “you can’t do what I do” (depending on the circumstance of course) and it doesn’t align with our own standard- that’s when we gotta decide if we are going to keep the standard we have or bend it.

I had a problem with my ex boyfriend saying “Im going to take a piss.” Piss is NOT a word I grew up with nor use. It’s vulgar and too much information using THAT word. I expressed that to him and, after a couple more times, he changed it! We broke up for other reasons, communication being the main reason. That word is a standard/deal breaker. But, he heard me and that issue got resolved by him not saying it anymore.
