what a great painter! It reminds me strongly the group of seven early years! I can understand him i paint landscapes like that too, inspired by canadian nature, even if i sadly live in another beautiful country like Italy.
We met Gordon and Phil at the Toronto "One of a Kind" show ---- we loved them and we loved Gordon's painting!! We only bought one painting but were captivated by many! Gordon was painting while visiting with all who stopped by to admire his paintings and Phil engaged those who wanted to chat more about Gordon's work and their life. I must convince them to visit Niagara --- there are beautiful bench and vineyard scenes as well as Carolinian forest scenes that are beyond beautiful.
