I love how in the beginning people are laughing and still talking, but you can hear them getting quieter and quieter and catching on to the true tone of the song, and it's dead silent near the end of the song. It really shows how much it catches people off guard when they first hear it. I know i was blindaided and it became my favorite song in Heathers for a reason.
