I really really appreciate this! I’m 38 and I couldn’t find many strategies to cope with perimenopause. There is so much education on starting your period and then some education on menopause but who helps us?

I really dont care anymore, and it's definitely from giving up, rather than being more relaxed about outcomes.seriously, we get to this point in our lives, and it's all thrown back in our face. Brilliant. I just wish the freakin periods would stop.

Feeling frustrated? I understand! We all reach a point in life where things should run smoothly and our expertise should shine. But it's odd how we have to accept it, isn't it?

I thought she was speaking for me exactly how I think. Sucks I'm 56 and no more horrible periods for about 5 years now , hot flashes mood swings low energy join pain , grouchy , crazy still, trying hrt to see but its a rocky road I listen to Dr Taylor Barbie and got rid of dryness, joint pain, hot flashes, and sleep good , trade off spotting, bloating, cramps, cravings, so I'm tweeking the hrt started 1mg estredoil l, 200mg micronize progesterone started the 12 day , that wasn't good switched to daily dose 100 but now back to 200 mg, I have a appointment about the spotting and hope I can just change the progesterone as it seems to be the problem. 0 libido both ways on and off so Got to work with that now, sucks being a woman at this point .

Thank you for sharing your experience with hormone replacement therapy (HRT), Janine!
HRT can effectively alleviate various symptoms of both perimenopause and menopause, helping you feel yourself again. However, finding the right dosage may require some time and patience. Don't lose hope! Keep working towards finding the optimal dosage for you! 💕

How about adding testosterone, obviously a very small dose of it. Our bodies do secrete testosterone also before menopause . Just a thought,

yes, start adding testosterone (seems shocking, but get informed, it's actually the dominating hormone in women of all ages and even many doctors don't know that yet). Interested in an excellent doctor and her info channel? I highly recommend her channel!: ua-cam.com/video/veVHIqW-LCs/v-deo.html

Sometimes progesterone is better tolerated as an iud coil instead of orally worth a try 😊❤
