They grow so well here in the South Island of New Zealand; they need frost in the Winter and humidity is their enemy! I love them! We all so have what we call Winter Sweet! The Largest Tulip Farms in the Southern Hemisphere are grown in Southland, South Island New Zealand! I love this program! Its probably New Zealand 1940! I am sure Georgia could grow and produce great wine like it did it the past. New Zealand wine technology mixed with Georgian passion for Freedom and Beauty! It is mid winter here now! Our shortest day is about 10 days away and yet these magnificent Snow Drops have just started flowing in my garden! Thanks for the history really enjoyed it!
Snowdrops grow wild in many places in the Netherlands during the spring, but for locals they're something usual, sure for me 💮 I didn't know that some countries export them... Best wishes to Georgia 🇬🇪 Stay independent!
They emerge annually in the spring in the UK, although they grow in the wild they are not native in the UK, and only one variety is native in the Netherlands, G.Nivalis. The rest are ornamental introductions. They are usually one of the first spring flower to bloom, often before the crocuses.
At a buffet, I personally sneak corn into the buffet so others can enjoy them. I hide 6 boiled corn ears in my jacket pockets. It is a joy for me to see other patrons of the establishment eat my corn thinking they were part of the buffet.
