I think he couldn't because Yuji could control his body whenever he want. Like if Sukuna becomes close to kill Gojo then Yuji would have stopped him by controlling his body. He wouldn't let his teacher get killed. So this would be biggest disadvantage of Sukuna. And this why he changed his body to Megumi because Sukuna couldn't take his control to Yuji's body. And also ten shadows.

1.“Sukuna almost killed by UV and hot saved by mahoraga🤓"
Reasons why this argument is invalid is because if sukuna wanted he could have easily avoided the entire situation.Chp 228 Gojo states sukuna had the option to destroy UV from inside when gojo flipped the internal and external conditions of his domain,but sukuna intentionally chose a riskier option.
Secondly sukuna couldn't use either DA or his own ct during the 3 min domain clashes so he was practically fighting on just ce reinforcement while gojo could use everything he has.
Megumi taking hits from UV was irrelevant to sukuna as he himself was never getting hit and megumi never took the damage for sukuna.This is stated in chp 230 when narrator states both MS and UV sure hit effect canceled each other out but since UV hits everyone that isn't gojo or touching him amd megumi and sukuna coexisted in the same body megumi took the damage, sukuna perfectly placed the wheel during that time.
2.“Sukuna would never get past infinity without mahroaga🤓"
Another garbo arguement which needed to be addressed.Sukuna simply doesn't have to get by infinity to kill gojo he could have easily won the domain clashes if he wanted to.
The reason why sukuna even got hit by UV in the first place was cause he was damaged inside the 3 min domain fight which wouldn't be possible without him not using DA.Sukuna if never used the wheel could simply destroy the domain quicker according to gojo statement and end the fight early.

I really don t know why people think that sukuna without 10s would fight the exact same way. We know that he came into the fight with a plan revolving around mahoraga adapting to limitless but if he didn t have 10s he wouldn t take the same approach which is obvious. As we know he was losing badly in hand to hand(in general gojo had and upper hand in the fight) and that isn t cuz he s that much weaker but cuz he was letting gojo hit him in order for mahoraga to adapt (not all the time but he was doing it). What im going for is that for unlimited void to hit , gojo had to implement damage to sukuna and tbh if sukuna was giving it his all in hand to hand i don t know if he could pull it off. Also yuji s body is stronger than megumis so thats an adventage too. If we talking about heian form sukuna then he claps gojo, there is no way gojo can even rival him in hand to hand, sukuna can use enchants( it wouldn t work cuz he can t bypass infinity but maybe he can enchant his domain sure hit(highly unlikealy but its a possibility too)), he may have a stronger domain and even if he doesnt his 1 shrine is enough for 5 domains of gojo cuz he wouldn t be able to implement enough damage for the shrine to collapse.

Counterpoint: Considering Gojo was handling a 3v1 I think a four armed Sukuna wouldn’t give him the edge but more so even the playing field hand-to-hand wise. And the match would honestly change after the second domain after Sukuna turned off his sure-hit & pressed his back to Gojo, taking him off guard by how risky a move that was. Sukuna only did so as part of his plan for Mahoraga to adapt and Megumi to soak up the damage. Gojo was already anticipating Sukuna to destroy the barrier from the inside, so had he gone down that route then it’s honestly a tossup. Sure, Sukuna can amp his domain but he’ll be fighting a Gojo with an amped curse technique. A superior curse technique even.
tbh the gojo statement was kinda iffy bcs that is the statement of a gojo that pride is shattered and he needed 10s anyways to get through infinity

Hold on I would like to clarify that Sukuna would have actually lost the domain clash if he wasn't touching Gojo in your scenario. He doesn't have Megumi soul with the wheel to take unlimited void unless he uses Yuji which would probably cause him to take over.

megumi soul wasn't a factor untill chap 229 when sukuna got hit. Sukuna MS surehit protects him ALONE from UV but since MS doesn't protect megumi & UV target everything( souls too) this allowed megumi to adapt but the 3rd DE clash sukuna used DA to protect HIMSELF cuz he turned off his surehit( No protection from MS)on the inside but you can't use DA & a CT at the sametime so that why sukuna said in 230 he turn off his DA in the Domain to allow megumi to adapt( purposefully taking more damage).
If megumi soul truely protects sukuna then there was no need to for him to use DA when he turn off MS surehit on inside, so your statement makes no sense.when sukuna wasn't touching gojo he use DA to deal with UV but as stated by blood CT dude SD, FB or DA don't have strong enough output to handle a DE surehit ( these anti DE techniques only good to buy time) so sukuna had to left the pressure off his DA by touching gojo but DA prevent megumi from adapting as it pause the process, thats why in chap 230 sukuna said he purposely turn off DA to allow megumi to adpat. So 1st DE clash sukuna didn't need DA to guard against UV cuz his surehit cancel out gojo surehit & protects HIM ALONE and since gojo target everything it also target megumi soul which wasn't protected by MS allowing megumi to adpat but 2nd clash sukuna turn off his surehit which means he couldn't protect himself so he used DE but DE pause to adpating process so he was force to turn it off during the DE clash stated in chap 230.

So in all 5 domain clashes megumi took the burden for adaptation. Megumi did not help Sukuna survive the Sure-hit. And the other comment says Sukuna used Domain amplification to block infinite void which is also incorrect. Gojo's Domain targets everyone other than himself or anybody touching him. But Sukuna's domain targets everything (Not everyone, because unlike infinite void MS targets even objects that don't have CE that is why even Toji or Maki will be effected by MS but won't be affected by Infinite Void). When Sukuna turned off the sure-hit he was touching Gojo to not be hit by infinite void. So to Sum it up, Sukuna only used megumi's Soul to take the burden for adaptation, Since Sukuna obviously couldn't stand and take infinite void 5 times and has to block infinite void's sure hit with his own sure hit.

Sukuna wouldn't fight in Yuji's body. He stayed with Megumi's just for mahoraga. He would turn instantly to his heian form and buff his domain slashes so he still would've win. Sukuna is pretty smart btw. Also Gojo asked him why is he staying with Megumi's body so there is a small chance that he knew about heian transformaion from somewhere

Buffed malevolent shrine would obliterate gojo completely. Falling blossom emotion wouldnt matter as much in the end as Sukuna would kill gojo anyway+RCT would further exhaust Gojo. Gojo doesnt have infinite curse energy, Nor does he replenish it extremely quickly. Hes just more efficient at using it. Even yuta has double the curse energy of Gojo.
In the end sukuna would probably be extremely extremely damaged but would still win due to his totem of undying(aka transforming into his true form)
It'd be a war of attrition. Sukuna is smart and he obviously wouldn't do the same strategy as he did in our timeline. We are not even considering any of his black box techniques and hidden abilities and gojo said that sukuna never went all out.
True form sukuna is simply just too much lol. Unlimited void will be completely and utterly destroyed and gojo will be cut out of existence on the subatomic level
If I was sukuna in yuji a body fighting gojo, my strategy would be different.
1. I would create a binding vow that in exchange for bypassing gojo infinty with dismantle it would be a move that can only be used three times for the next month.
2. Create a binding vow that boosts cursed output over 1000% for the next hour in exchange for my output being limited 10% for the next 4 days.
3. Aim for the neck with a surprise dismantle to decapitate gojo.
Extra steps
4. After killing gojo, kill every single sorcerer in the vicinity before you go to 10% output.
5. Go into hiding after you go to 10% output.
6. Wait for 4 days. A month if you want dismantal to be normal again.
7. Keep killing

The Enchain Vow was not to hurt anyone OR kill anyone.
Yuji didn't forget to include himself. He doesn't believe or view himself as a part of everyone and the vow operates off Yuji's intent/meaning and not a literal definition

Sukuna cannot kill with out world hax slash, and he can't learn that without Mahoraga teaching him. I’ve realized something, do you know how Gojo was cut in half but his head has to stay on for rct? Just like with Toji these attacks were very crictical so it will take Gojo a whole day to heal, just like what happened with Toji
Not possible although rct is done on the brain gojo would need to have enough ce to use rct to begin with. The reason he was able to heal from the attacks from Toji is because in that case he has his body together having his stomach where ce is stored and generated which is the reason it took him time to heal because he used the ce generated by his body from his stomach which took time but there is no stomach to get ce from in this case and without a ce generator and no ce either gojo is probably dead
HEAIN ERA SUKUNA FOLDS GOJO EASILY
1. Chants boost C&D to 120% which means stronger surehit for MS thus breaking UV before 3min 9s. If chants boost C&D then by default C&D in MS would be stronger as MS just give C&D a surehit effect.
2. If sukuna cancel out gojo surehit then use Fire arrow, he would break UV on the inside( mahoraga did it with pure physical strength in Chap 229) and it wouldn't last the 3min 9s. Confirming what gojo said about breaking his from the inside.
3. Chap 228 Gojo inner thoughts basically let us know he only destroyed MS within 3min 9s cuz sukuna purposely took the riskier/ longer option and if sukuna didn't gojo wouldn't break MS in 3min 9s.
4. Chap 230 let us know sukuna turn off DA on purpose so he was purposefully taking damage. If it was heian sukuna with no 10s, he would never turn off DA and with stronger physical stats, he would tank all damage which means gojo wouldn't be able to break MS within 3min 9s by hurting sukuna within the domain.
5. Gojo can't dodge C&D. 1. Chap 224 shows us gojo wasn't able to dodge or react to C&D despite been distance away from sukuna, bro was so surprized to see the building cut behind him. 2. Chap 234 Despite facing mahoraga direction he couldn't predict, dodge or react to the slash.
6. Heian sukuna with DA would tank all of gojo attacks( blue punch, purple, red etc) and why? cuz heain sukuna scale to his dismantle which comes from his better base & CE reinforcement as sukuna speed, defence, strenght scale together cuz there from CE reinforcement not a CT like gojo or kashimo. Chap 239 sukuna is far physically stronger.
7.1 Gojo wouldn't survive chanted C&D or fire arrow at same time against heain sukuna. why? simple cuz he already use MAX OUTPUT RCT to minimize normal MS & he still needed SD to buy time to heal & even that still wasn't a good option so he used 2nd SD to heal CT instead( used FB later instead).
7.2 If heian sukuna win 1st DE clash and hit gojo with chanted C&D & fire arrow at sametime gojo rct would be overwelm and FB or SD would be eatten up thus no healing of CT or proper healing of body thus = dead gojo after a few or less mins.
8. Heian sukuna would win all DE clash with chanted C&D or use firearrow to destroy UV on inside. Thus gojo would have no DE, fry brain which means like chap 230 expect UV wouldn't hit sukuna & MS would let off killing gojo as rct lowered mean death to MS. Gojo & sukuna RCT was equally dogshit low this part in the fight, as stated in manga gojo can't rct forever even with 6eyes.
9. also gojo fans just because kashimo was warned by sukuna doesn't mean anything as you must scale to or similar slash in speed to dodge it even if you was warned cuz even if sukuna warned yuta, he is not dodging that. A 20f sukuna firearrow would scale to purple in DC base on gojo's purple and 15f sukuna firearrow showings/ feats.
10. For all gojo stands megumi soul wasn't a factor untill chap 229 when sukuna got hit. For 1 in the first domain clash Gojo fought Sukuna while Sukuna was being amped by his Domain and since Domains amp you to 120% Gojo fought a Sukuna that was Amped to 120% even getting the upper hand on Sukuna at times so that would make that slashed up Gojo 30% stronger than Amped Meguna or 150% stronger than regular Meguna and Full Power Gojo would be 190% or 210% stronger than Meguna but let's roll with 190% as a low-ball while True form Sukuna would be at best 60% stronger than Meguna and even that is a stretch since Sukuna was already at 20 fingers so realistically he would be 40% stronger than Meguna but let's be generous to Sukuna, so Full Power Gojo would still be either 130% or 150% stronger than True form Sukuna in terms of strength speed etc etc just physical stats. So Gojo will get that Black Flash off and when he does Sukuna is cooked

For majority of the fight Mahoragas adaptation was a hiderence to Sukuna but it was all worth it to make himself stronger, not like he needed to. He still would've defeated Gojo without Mahoraga
If Sukuna was in Yujis he never would've lost a single domain clash as he wouldn't have the 10S to slow him down. Only reason Sukuna lost in a single domain clash was because he wasent preforming well enough in h2h. Sukuna won the 1st 2, tied the 3rd & 4th and lost in the 5th by a 0.01 second delay.
Sukuna in Yujis body would've been able to keep up with Gojo till the 3 minute mark in the 3rd-5th domain clashes. Then, after the 5th Gojo can't deploy his domain again because he used RCT to heal his brain 5 times. Sukuna deploys his domain with a barrier, Sukuna wins.

1 Ten Shadows didn't slow him in down in terms in clash since he it didn't affect his combat in terms of hand to hand and abilities since most stuff he had wouldn't have worked like cleave and dismantle wouldn't have worked given Gojo's RCT and Flame Arrow would be dumb to use given the charge time and Gojo was shown to be a better fighter so he would still lose

in chapter 228 Gojo made it clear that Sukuna was taking riskier options during their domain clashes despite the fact that Gojo switch the internal and external conditions of his domain's barrier all so he could get Mahoraga to adapt to infinite void, and since it took 3 minutes for both domains to collapse (malevolent shrine collapsing do to Gojo dealing enough damage to Sukuna) means if Sukuna didn't have the 10 shadows technique he could have collapsed Gojo's domain from the inside and brake it in less than 3 minutes before Gojo could damage him and keep repeating it until Gojo fries his brain to the point where he would not only be unable to existent his domain but he's R.C.T wouldn't be as fast as it was before. Also keep in mind that Sukuna's secondary pair of hands and his second mouth would allow him to invoke incantation and hand signs which will increase the effectiveness of his techniques. So yeah even without the 10 shadows Sukuna would have still won.

I'm not sure if sukuna would win in this battle but I am sure that sukuna wouldn't lose. By that I mean he would not let himselft be killed. Sukuna can turn himself into a cursed object with all this power and gojo can't destroy a cursed sukuna finger.
However if sukuna takes a risk and loses a domain battle he would surely die instantly as he would have no way to escape the attacks gojo puts forth in his domain while sukuna is basically stunned.
If sukuna doesn't have the 10s then most likely he will try a different plan of overpowering gojo with his domain. As we know, yuta has more CE than gojo himself and sukuna has twice maybe three times more than yuta even at base form. However Gojo has the six eyes which enables him to be the most efficient with CE. Sukuna at base form can compete with gojo's efficiency but since gojo doen't expend much CE after each use of his CT gojo will win in the long run as sukuna will deplete his own reservoir of CE.
Gojo after being boosted by Utahime and Gakuganji can compare to raw domain strength with sukuna. However if sukuna uses some trickery like binding vowes to increase his domain's strength then gojo might die from the domain because of a very sneaky reason.
After a few domain clashes gojo will indeed be in the lead as he is no longer held back my mahoraga adapting. Then , when gojo has drained himself by using RCT to repair his brain, sukuna unleashes his true form and immediately goes for a domain expansion except this time, it has a barrier. This domain would trap and most likely kill gojo as he would need to face hand to hand against a perfected sukuna all while using RCT to heal himselft from the sure hit of the domain.
But if gojo does survive this he need not worry as sukuna can't surprise him with another domain trick and he wins no diff.
ALSO another interesting thing to consider is that if the fire arrow is considered part of his CT for sukuna then gojo would most likely be cooked from the domain trick as sukuna amps up the tempreture getting ready for a fire arrow or maybe even multiple.

Not saying he wouldn't be strong, but the only scenario where Sukuna can fight Gojo for an extended period of time inside Yuji can only happen if he consumed all 20 fingers at once. So not only would Sukuna have to worry about Gojo, Yuji will come back, no matter what. Also, without the Ten Shadows, Sukuna's only attack that could bypass Infinity would be DA and DE. However, without his OG form's ability to utilize four arms and two mouths, I doubt he could mess Gojo up with just DE.
