Excellent viewing... love your blogs.. useful information for us as we approach our holidays to Zante end of July.. keep up the good work.. your are both really good at showing what places are like because it's all done relaxed and natural..and say things as they are.. all your videos are always good to watch... thanks ..keep up the good work Ross & Kate 👍👍👍
Well :)... There are many other coctail bars which i go to. Red Tail, Lemon bar. And ofcourse old kalamaki street where we spend our evenings. Pleaae explore :)
La Luna on the old road is my absolute favourite for drinks on the whole island. Honourable mention also for Oasis. You’ll have to return to try all the others 👍 COYR 😅
I personally think the castle bar is the best for cocktails in Zante. Looks like you guys have found some new cocktail bars that i never even knew existed. Thanks for including the night footage guys!!
@@krosstravel I think its called cave bar, the one with the pink barbie car. I call it the castle bar because it has a castle you can visit and sit down and have a cocktail
Yes I now I know where you mean, 5hats a great bar, we enjoyed a lovely evening up there, plus you get a stunning sunset if you arrive at the right time
Black pearl is the best. After a full day in the sun and food. Every night end up there when we go. Just love it so much. Will you be going back to kalamaki again or new adventures.
Hmmmmm so many to choose from. Never tried the black pearl in all the years we’ve been going so that’s definitely on this Septembers to do list. My recommendations definitely go see artan and the family at Laluna one of our favourite spots. Always good drinks and a warm welcome at melon bar. Had some good cocktails at red tail. But for out and out drinking it’s got to be corner45 aka drunk corner. Good company great staff and Tasos and Demi make you so welcome. Don’t let the fact that it’s a sports bar put you off. Also the food is excellent. Honourable mention to cronulla again great staff/owners and good drinks. But saying all that everybody’s approach to there holiday is different. A lot of people rave about iguana but it’s never really done it for us.
Used to go to iguana all the time, great bar and it has a karaoke night sometimes. Amazing drinks but I can understand if you go to a place multiple times it can lose its taste
@@Baconlad11_YT didn’t lose its taste. Just never got a good vibe out of the place. Everyone seems to find a base they enjoy and fair play. I think it all depends on the enjoyment you get first time you hit a bar that either keeps you going back or keeps you away. For example never bothered much with Danny’s at crazy golf first few years going. Called in once about 8yr ago. Love the place. To be honest me and the Mrs just love kalamaki. I think there’s something there for everyone. And will test that theory in September when we drag our wedding guests there. 🤣🤣🤣
We did go to the melon bar prior to filming this, where the lady was clearly having a blazing row over the phone and crying, made us feel super uncomfortable so we never went back
I don’t know how remedy has stayed open tbh because it was always dead when I’ve been, can’t beat a good cocktail I never had a cocktail at speakeasy but they do amazing Gins there 😊
The answer is none of them. The standard of cocktails on the strip is shockig. All poorly made and bereft of alcohol. Best idea is to head down to the melon bar to have a few magners with Claude or nip over to the seven sins shisha bar. Lovely guys will look sfter you well.

La Luna by a long way. Artan is a top man
I already knew which bar makes the best cocktails in Kalamaki. It's the Lunar bar on the old road. Like the sound tracks by the way.😊
Haha thanks, we're back in zante next year, and part 2 will be coming. Lunar bar is on the list 👍🏻
@krosstravel Us too. Keep up the good work!!

We'll be back 1 day so will be taking note of all recommendations, COYR!

Where's the castle bar, its not ringing any bells?

@@krosstravel it's really nice and sometimes it isn't very crowded because you have to go away from the main strip to get there

We have new adventures planned but also would love to return to kalamaki. We loved it there

Did neither of you go for my cocktail of choice.... lemon beer 😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣 I used them as pre drinks in the hotel!

Lemon beer. Please explain that sounds nice
Amstel radler it's 2% lemon flavoured lager, really nice and refreshing on a hot day

Ah fosters twist 20 years ago just the same.
Yes exactly like that! A great drink!
Iguana bar all day long
