Hi Jeff! Gabriel Varga wonna do collab with U, think it'll be hot!
I love you Jeff
Next vid, let people body shot you
Nice head movement! I was missing some of that shoulderroll pivot. That D’Amato shift. You kept tripping up those poor civilians as if you were Saenchai or something. Still, I always enjoy such videos!
Mike should be handing out business cards to everyone that tries.
hahahaha true
lol
Icy Mike!!! 🥶🧊🙌
Damn that is an opportunity right there!
😂😂😂😂
I like how while Jeff is under extreme pressure and facing hard punches he still has time to fix his hair
LOLOL
😂 in that name, there could be put an Elvis singing in the background 😂 A song could be "if you're looking for trouble" 💪
I second this comment. I don’t know how his hair doesn’t get messed up after rounds of sparring 😂😂
Is that legendary Dustin Porier ''fix the hair'' technique!!
Lmfaooo right 😂😂 I’m like the disrespect
Love the dynamic between Jeff and Mike. Jeff has the disposition of a pre-k swim instructor whereas Mike is like the cool camp counselor who won’t snitch if the kids smoke or drink 😅
:))
How is that cool?
@@scary5455 there’s a difference between givings kids drugs vs just allowing them to live their lives and not trying to ruin every little thing.
Reiterating that I said “camp counselor”. Just let kids be kids especially during the summer.
And YES a kid is technically old enough to drink and smoke. Of course not legally but we see it all the time it’s just the norm atp. 13-18 you’re just considered a young adult but the older you are the more you know that’s still a kid.
My first time I wasn’t in high school yet so I’m sure other people can relate to being young, experimenting, and appreciating the adults who aren’t making big deals out of it.
@@scary5455 and sorry for typing so much. But also camp counselors are often young adults themselves in their early 20’s. So it’s not hard to believe that they’d see a kid smoking or drinking and not complain but instead give further mentorship
@@spliffsforbreakfastthey don't have to contact anyone about it unless it's hard drugs, but you yourself acknowledged that they're still kids, thus I'd say the least the counselor can do is get them to cut that shit out and discourage it verbally. Just because it's normal does NOT mean it's OK, especially for children. It's certainly not "cool" to be totally accepting of it, it's just irresponsible. People with gambling addictions think you're cool if you give them money, and drug addicts think you're cool if you give them more drugs: don't encourage and enable bad things for people simply because it makes THEM happy in the moment. Terrible mindset for life in general, especially as it relates to kids.
Man we need absolutely more of this colab between Mike and Jeff 🔥🔥🔥
:))
Absolutely!
What a way to promote your head movement program 👏
hahaha
I'm sold ;)
@@staarfajter922 the
The first guy had fast hands. I liked how you kept one hand on a glove to limit the amount of surprises he can throw.
oss
Yeah, he was no dummy
He throw a lot of body jabs so Jeff might expose his head but yeah it is Jeff, Jeff knows what he is doing.
I feel like he wasn’t moving back as much compared to later in the video
@@Flyhighman77 i thought this too, he was supposed to only aim for the head. Maybe just his boxing training kicked in
Just non-stop ear-to-ear smiles for the last six minutes of that. It was a nice gentle setup into the video, showing some shenanigans, and then so much fun action with people who really got into it. Super humble from both Jeff and Mike to also show the ones where they get hit and they don't lie about it, they're just excited for people to do well. Awesome stuff, loved watching this.
:) thanks man!
thats interesting Ive never seen a furry with curly hair before
@@sparrow_solas Happy to introduce you to new experiences!
Jeff and Mike are the martial arts heroes we need and deserve.
:)
This should be an ad for grappling the way Jeff knocks people down with his “no arm takedown shot” counter 😂
lmaooooo
That crash really is super effective in boxing when someone is pressuring.
Did Jeff slap that poor dude at 7:23 ? 🤣🤣🤣 There's a special place in hell for you Jeff😂😂😂
thats why they have weight classes bro .. he cant do that to someone his weight
"He keeps moving"
Yeah, he's cheating, stand still so they can hit you 😂
LOL
I laughed a lot at that.
This was fun to watch, lighthearted and wholesome. Congratulations to both Jeff and Mike who make those movements seem easy to do. It gives an idea of the great amount of training they've done to have become so proficient.
thank you!!
This is the best dodging / blocking video ever! It's so cool to see how Jeff uses many MMA techniques, more than what boxers do, he's going for the takedown, knocking people down just with his chest :O And Mike giving it his fun touch with his personality.
Also, this looks blissfully beautiful in 4k, it's such a HUGE quality difference from 1080p, and those pretty girls just gave this the movie vibe! Awesome job sparring with VERY tough guys and also some pretty girls! 🤩
thanks for the feedback :))
This collab was so great. Icy Mike coaching people to punch Jeff tho 😂
thanks :)
Was this collab planned? Or did you really just run into IcyMike out of the blue?
@@killersalmon4359 cmon lol, have you ever seen I ey Mike chill on a rock for no reason 😂 haha I think they did this in between filming SDC
@@lunaticz0r SDC was in a different country. Mike had some seminars in New York a bit ago, if I remember right. They probably met up then.
@@Ran_rx ahhh that makes sense!! Thanks for the knowledge 💪
It's always sweet to see Icy Mike being encouraging and over all great with kids, no matter how hard he sometimes act he has a heart of gold.
:)) hes a good person, genuinely really a good person
He feels like a fun uncle
I love mike
I agree, although he is a little bit eccentric 😁
Lol love the idea here Jeff Chan. Really shows ur skill
Love the commentary from @hard2hurt on people's stances and natural fighting preferences. Man, this is gold. Thank you guys for making this!
:))
You should make this a series. I know it’s not as popular as your other videos but I’d definitely watch more of this type of content.
cheers!
Mike and Jeff are the superhero team up the world has always needed. Thanks for taking head trauma for our entertainment.
:))
I'm getting Green Lantern and Green Arrow vibes.
@@MMAShreddedPeople telegraph like hell. And 90% of the human cant even throw a real punch. 😂
I never comment, but this is such a wholesome video. You guys brought something typically associated with intimidation, violence, and aggression and made it accessible and fun. Love to see it.
Yeah. Just look have happy people are.
glad to hear that :)
It's called a reflection
Really like this comment.
This was wholesome heart warming content, just what I needed after a hard days work. Thanks Jeff and Mike!
thanks for watching :)
I love the energy Jeff ! refreshing and positive. though none of these people have ever fought in their life, however it's awesome to have some people like you showing there can be a lot of respect and self control in this great sport, that often gets a bad rep because of many stupid and disrespectful people who practice it.. for that Jeff double thumbs up !
thank you!!!
Jeff has unbelievable cardio. Dodging those short unpredictable punches in that range is really damm impressive. I like how you mixed frames and smothering for inside clinch. Great head movement while staying in the pocket😮
thank you!!!
Really interesting to see you pressure guys without throwing strikes, the way you find positions is great to watch
thanks man!!
Finally, one of THESE videos. I lovem, it shows what crazy dedication and sacrifice someone has gone through to gain this level of skill. Other than enjoying this one, the Fightsmart video was the original one that got me hooked.
😃
Wholesome content, this video made me happy for real.
So much good energy, people coming together friendly, really good for the mood. Thank you guys.
thank you!!!
Damn icy mike has some people's skills, you were far too polite when asking people to hit you, people would not want to hit a polite guy, icy mike was better at convincing people because he made it look having fun with his friend Jeff
mike is the best!
Mike seems to be more of a NYer thank Jeff. Straight to the point, but in a kind way. Jeff still has that Canadian politeness
You're completely right. He is so casual when asking an awkward question and by saying "that guy can fight" within earshot of the person makes them feel less like they are prey being directly challenged and more like a potential participant in a fun game.
I Hope this goes viral. You deserve it. Man I miss NYC. I’m upset I moved.
thanks man, thanks for helping with the algorithm!!
better finance is better
@@MMAShredded How can I work on my headmovement like that?. I wish I was back in NY.
Such a wholesome video. I'm visiting NYC next week for the first time and this got me psyched. Beautiful park and super nice people !
:)
This is such a great idea. Followed your MMA journey since the very beginning. Happy for you Jeff
thanks man!!!
You were saying that you maybe needed to show off a bit more of your personality in your videos, and not just go to the point.
This video is a perfect example of you doing it just right !
thanks so much man!!
Yeah this is a great video
This was so fun to watch, bringing the sport out of the gym and into the public. Thanks to Mike for also bringing his personality. He was good with the movement too.
:) he makes the video great!
My favorite MMAShredded video thus far. Always great content and I’m loving the martial arts UA-camrs teaming up lately
thanks man!!!
Man when you guys get together, its the most humbling and amazing watch.
:))
12:42 The kid's father looked proud, such a wholesome moment
:)
Yall make a surprisingly entertaining team. This is great content for everyone. Maybe this format would bring in more views
:) thanks!!!
Great video man! Highlights the importance of head and body movement in a fight.
thanks man!!
What a fun video! Really liked the different range of people you got and how everyone looked like they were having fun. Awesome shoulder barges knocking people over, your head movements are awesome. It's interesting how the people with previous experience fighting were easier to predict / dodge than those without.
thanks for watching!
jeffs crazy wit it
hehe
Love the collabs between yourself and Icy Mike / Sensei Seth. I've recently had to quit MMA due to a hip injury and now I'm living vicariously through you guys! Thanks!
thank you! and im sorry to hear that
Please make more of these! This was an awesome watch! 😁
Mad respect to everyone who was willing to glove up!!! Bro throwing hands and missing entirely is so exhausting!!! People always forget how much fitness is required to even go two-three minutes!! That’s awesome great head movement
:)
Man loved it! You had me bobbing and weaving while watching the vid.
hehehehe thanks!
Me too lol, I made a point to watch his FEET, because thats where the movement originates sometimes. First guy did a good job of not telegraphing, compared to others at least lol. 😈😎😇
same. I was at work eating lunch while dodging in my chair.
@@joeysingingchannel lol
I like how Jeff let everyone try. Including bigger scarier or faster people that have enough power to knock him out. BEST proof for his head movement course!
:) thanks man!!
Jeff is savage, Jeff ups the stakes on uneven terrain... These guys were putting out some decent punches too, not just swinging wild. That slip and shoulder check is 🔥
thanks for watching :)
Very entertaining and light-hearted by everyone in this video. Great job and thank you.
thanks!!!
4:45 bro got a knockdown without throwing a punch
haha shoulder bump
You guys look you're having fun. This kind of lighthearted, low-ego training environment is what we all should be going for
:))
Dope stuff. I love seeing people get involved with these. It’s also very therapeutic for everyone.
thx!!!
Amazing video. Love your personality man. Thanks to hard2hurt as well, great energy!
thanks man!
This is a great format for the both of you, Jeff is so polite and high level and Mike is very child like and encouraging and knows how to instigate people into having fun.
mike is too funny :)
It’s funny how much joy it brings people trying to punch a stranger in the face
:)
Wow, please do more of these. This was so much fun to watch!
:)
I love seeing all the people watching from sides. What an awesome training + entertainment video!
These videos are so good. Your head movement is so impressive. Love that you weren't hitting back and some people still ended up on the ground.
thanks man :))
One got slapped 😂
head movement.. or footwork?
this dude would get mauled in the streets thinking its a sparing match the way he moves
@@ryanhubanks4730 you must be new here... Don't even know what you are looking at, clearly.
@@ryanhubanks4730What? This guy is a former professional MMA fighter. He has literally sparred with all types of people including other professionals who are the best at what they do. This is not to mention that his cauliflower ears didn’t just spring out of nowhere (an indication of a lot of grappling). Chan is legit and deserves more respect. You come off as a keyboard warrior that doesn’t know what they’re talking about.
One of my favorite series from you! Hope to be as good as you at head movement some day. Love the content, Jeff!
thank you!!
This is really cool. Thanks for making this.
thanks for watching!
first video of Jeff's I've watched & I've subscribed... outside of the impressive head movement, genuinely seems like a nice guy.
That was really awesome. I like that youre not just constantly bobbing out of control and swinging your head around, non stop-
Like, You're actually reading your opponent and slipping, and hand trapping, and smothering.
Great work brother 💪 💪
thanks man!!
Big smile on my face the whole time watching this, great vibes and everyone was such a good sport. Inspired me to try head movement only drills on the open mat tomorrow night 😁 thanks Jeff and Mike
:)) thanks man!!
Jeff!! I love your videos. You have such good energy and fundamental process of going about fighting. I tell kids I help with stand up to watch your channel. Keep up the great work spreading the love Sir!1
thanks for your support man!!!
genuinely enjoyed of all this, and brings back memories of NYC
:)
Always a pleasure to see you evolving Jeff.. stay healthy & keep training hard but smart🙏💪💪
thank you :)
Mike & Jeff was the friendship I didn't know could exist and now I love it!
:))
thank you man, for helping these cool people
:)
Absolutely love these videos.
thank you!!
Jeff and Icy Mike Rockin' It Right!! Incredible dodges. (Pick up Jeff's head movement course on being hard to hit!!) Very exciting moves.
thanks man :)))
This video ended up more wholesome than expected. It is great just the moments of you two having fun. Now I want to wander around and challenge random strangers to punch me in the face. I am massively curious how many toys are in IcyMike’s backpack
hahaha awesome!!
Another great video, showing amazing skill!. Enjoy all your stuff coach Jeff. And the fact you mentioned Fight Smart Trav! Made my day and makes me wanna go work my head movement. Ps love the "show" you have done with all the other great MMA/martial arts coaches.
thanks so much Bryan!!
This is one of the coolest videos I have ever seen! MORE PLEASE!
thanks :))
I love this exact type of content
thanks for the support!
We def need more of you and mike
:)
The shoulder strike knock down was nice! I'm going to check out this program bro.
thanks man!!
Great video! Love it. Thanks for doing this!
Thank you!
Amazing video! It's a good way to showcase some good head movement, and promote martial arts to unsuspecting peeps! Well played!
thank you!!!!
10:12 you guys not only teaching headmovement, but also some pick-up skills. Nice👌😂
:)))
Wow! Respect and honour to you! A true martial arts warrior! Your brave to have random people punch you and not punch back! Your defence and head movement was brilliant!
thanks man!!
This was a really fun video and I had a great time watching dude thank you
thanks man!!
Sir, you have great reflexes.
It takes guts what you just did.
Thank you for another educational video
thank you!!
This is a really well made video! Also your guys' head movement skills are awesome!
thank yoU!!!
Awesome partnership Jeff and Mike! Great job !!

bro I smiled the entire video!! Everyone seemed so happy lol
im glad to hear!!
This is hilarious and amazing, nice job Jeff (and excellent promo for your program 😂)
hahah thanks man!
Your head movement has always been nuts your boxing coach must be insane
thanks man!!
great video. good to see all those people having fun
:)
Y'all need to do city tours and make this a regular thing. I think it's a fun and gentle way of getting the public to get a feel for just how different squaring up with someone who's trained is.
definitely :)
The sound effects over Icy Mike's punches, I'm dead 😂
LOL
I should’ve came outside, would love to give that a try. Mad skills 🥶
next time :)
Amazing energy and spirit lads. Love it! 👊💪⚡️
thanks :)
Watching you slip all those punches was super satisfying to watch.💪🏾❤️
The Duo we always knew needed has happened. This is SO FUN!! This combo should be done more often (not too much because obviously IceyMike will steal ALL your followers 😂) ♥
:))
some amazing shoulder strikes haha
haha cheers !
Great vid, glad you gave a shout out to Trav!
oss :)
Great idea for a video. Love your stuff man!
thanks man!!
This video was awesome to see. I’m a gym rat too at 6’4 235lbs. Seeing that headmovement and letting the other gymrats give a go at you was really entertaining. Would love to have somebody like you train me, so I can learn how to utilize my size better in boxing haha.
Let’s see more content like this
thank you!!
Bro this is awesome 😂 I love the content.
thank you!!
This is a great video. Loved it
:)
Crazy to see how far you have come from the first video both in technical skill but also video production as well solid vid
thanks bro!!
This does look tempting to try but let's remember that we aren't all trained like Jeff so lets not let our intrusive thoughts win.
hahaha
Actually a great training exercise. Helps many things but you are seeing alot of different punches, angles, stances, movements while working on your head movement, defense, footwork, evasiveness etc
cheers!
situational awareness is refined now with all the sparring... congrats on reaching this level of skill. your body has brain cells and it is more your bodys gut reaction that saves you. good stuff...
thx!!
