They are stunning and I’m sure if Prince was still alive he’d be knocking on her door with a ton of songs written just for her and that would be AMAZING !! Just have to take comfort that these versions are here and hopefully be added to her live show or an album at some point ….

With you, Love Jessie J!! She is able to push emotions through a microphone. Her version of Purple Rain is stunning. The emotion she pours out affects the audience.. Love itthat she doesn't try to be Whitney, she just has to be herself.

From what I can see, I cannot believe you have not reacted to Dimash Kudaibergen yet. He was on Singer 2017, a year before Jesse. At that time he was 22 years old. He became famous worldwide on Singer and now is a Super Star. I’m pitching this as an idea to Tamyra. Jessie j doing this show (especially with UA-cam) made her super international. Between Sam’s songs and Tamyra’s it could be very good. Tamyra’s debut single raindrops will fall was licensed with I believe and had been used for several singing competitions in the Philippines
She is phenomenal. I’d put her vocals on a par with Amy Lee of evanescence. They both have a haunting clarity.

Whitney could only wish to be as good as Jessie is. Her tone in every register is perfection. Her runs are incomparable. Her pitch is perfect. And, most importantly, her phrasing is Sinatra-esque. She's the perfect female vocalist.
