5-6 months ago I faced this kinda problem with my skin barrier. My skin were literally at its worst condition. It was weeping. My dermatologist suggested me Desonide lotion and some oral medicines.
It's always the best idea to visit a dermatologist in this kinda situation.

Ik how damaged skin barrier feels like (in my case mask irritation):
1. Dryness and patchiness
2. Texture and whiteheads
3. Greasy look
4. Redness
5. Dark and dull patches
As I can't afford to see a derm (I'm a student) so I had to fix it myself with hyaluronic acid, ceramide, niacinamide, geen tea based products and no exfoliants whatsoever.

you should cleanse your skin before working out as pores open up due to sweat and some products can go in and clog pores. and post work out wash again and if youare going to be outdoors put on ssunscreen.

I would like to mention that the moisturizer you have shown in the video that moisturizer was prescribed to 3 month old baby in my house and ever since she is using it and now she's one year old whenever her skin gets flaky or dehydrated or patchy the doctor asked her mother to return back to that cream so that the skin gets healed up and yes it works💞

Omg , just 2 days before my frnd told me that she was prescribed desonide lotion for a week but she overused it and had breakouts. She had severe rashes and compromised skin around the mouth and this lotion had worked really nice reducing all the hyperpigmentation. Can you please make a more detailed video on desonide lotion and what it is used for?

Hi, I have noticed that whenever there is a weather transition from summers to winters or visa versa, my skin barrier gets disrupted and compromised. I start getting itchiness around my eyes. I’ve watched most of your skin barrier repair videos and they are very helpful. 🙏 but apart from that what do u think causes this extra sensitivity that I get it so often? What I do, I use betnovate n for 2 days, after 2 days Cetaphil moisturizer mix with almond oil

I used tretinoin and got severe burns even after the easing in. how long does it take for the tretinoin pigmentation to leave? Its been about 6 weeks now...
it will take more time...just use moisturiser and nothing else...oils will also help

you will have to do keratin again....hair texture is coded in the genes...cannot change it...you can also try blowdrying post wash...that keeps the wave out.
