Gorgeous video! The photography is wonderful. Ultimate comfort food. I noticed in recent trips there are an increasing number of Argentineans opening small shops selling empanadas. While I guess they are not technically tapas they seem to serve the same purpose.
Thanks Gwen, yes, there is an empanada store overload right now, it won't last forever. Empanadas do not fall under the tapas categories as they are not served in bars - a bit like pizza. All the best!

How do you order beer or wine in tapas or in regular restaurants (as opposed to high-end) in Spain? Is it enough to you just say that you want a glass of beer or a glass of red/white wine, and the waiter/waitress will bring you a glass of beer from the tap or a glass of house wine? Or is it the case that you need to specify the brand of beer or specify the particular type of wine like in the US?
In a regular restaurant, you ask for a beer and, unless you ask, they will serve you whatever main brand they have. In the case of wine, if you don't say anything other than red/white/rosé, they will serve you whatever they want - not necessarily the house wine. If you want the house wine, ask for un "vino de la casa".
