I assume it is very similar to horde side where there are different factions undecided and one main faction which is more treacherous or extreme that is against unification and has its own agenda.
Also dont forget the bigger picture happening on the alliance side aside from the jaina family story is queen azshara and her people stirring in the deep even sending some of their kraken monsters to attack and the priests of the kul tirans called sea callers are discovering it . With some of then already falling to the whispers of the old god
I don't see why the anchor necklace would be magical. It's more of a symbol, a memento of Daelin. Jaina's brother, Tandred, is actually from the Pen & Paper RPG and was non-canon until Blizzard decided he is not.
She was there in form of punishment . Her mother had too come to an island herself and free Jaina from this place on the way witnessing what her daughter had to go throught all these years and, as a result ,forgiving Jaina

Lady Ashvane is not a pirate. She used them to do her dirty work. She was exposed and run away. Now she's back to take over the weakened city (it happens after Siege of Boralus dungeon). Kul Tiran fleet was lost in ma magical storm and was going to be sacrificed to Azshara. We prevented that but the fleet was still lost. Jaina used this necklace (because it's magical or something) and brought the fleet home. Also the captain we've seen is Tandred Proudmoore, her brother (not to be confused with Derek Proudmoore, her other brother, this one is dead). And it was not a dream, it was another realm we've visited with Katherine Proudmoore to save Jaina. Jaina's mom literally has seen all this guild and grief inside Jaina, Arthas, Theramore, Varian, Daelin.... Then she finally understood everything.
I don't understand why people say he wasn't canon as his tombstone has been in the proudmoore area of the capital city since launch, it just said he was missing though presumed dead.
SPOILER ALERT : In the last episode of "What happened in Kul'Tiras" : - Jaina went back home to Kul'Tiras to find allies, but her mother still wasn't the "forgiving kind", thinking her daughter just went on to betray Kul'Tiras and murder in cold blood her father. Lady Ashvane, one of the three Noble figure; and old friend of Katherine, who act as councellor, advised to sentence Jaina to death for treason. Katherine agreed, and let Ahsvane take care of the task. - While questing in Kul'Tiras, we learn that : 1) The Kul'Tirean fleet has been lost at see in an eternal storm because a faction of Tidesage, who's work is to bless ships and guide them home, led by the lord of the local land, had been corrupted and made a deal with Azshara ( and N'zoth ) to give her the fleet. They were the one responsible for loosing the fleet, inclunding it's captain Tandred Proudmoore... Aka "Jaina's brother", and the son of Katherine, now thought "dead at sea". 2) That Ashvane is secretly plotting to make a coup and take control of Kul'Tiras, by selling weapon powered by azerite to the pirates. In there, they discovers that Jaina is tormented by echoes of her past, and manifestation of her guilt. This is where the Jaina's "vision" cinematic take place. While in there, Katherine reach to her daughter and ask for forgiveness, making peace with Jaina. Freed, Jaina and the player fight off Gorak Thul again, maybe for good... Maybe not ? And then, they all head out to come back to the capital. - The reunion is cut short, when Ashvane's fleet attack the capital, with pirates running in the streets, killing civillians and guards alike. The player fight them off during the Mythic dungeon "Siege of Boralus", and confront Ashvane's who summon Viq'Goth, a Kraken, in the harbor, from her ship. - Then, Jaina and Katherine goes up on the wall, where the "Hope" cinematic plays. Hey Panser, the bad dream you’re talking about is actually a questline for The Pride of Kul’Tiras. You travel to Thros (basically an underworld) and you were trying to chase Jaina down as a child. You learn about her guilt with Rhonin, the people of Kul’Tiras, and Varian Wrynn. Everybody blaming her for their deaths (because she thinks it is her fault). That cinematic is after the lead up of these torturing memories. Katherine was watching Jaina’s memories. Katherine realized she was wrong about her original judgment (placing Jaina to death for treason). That is why she apologized. This story for Jaina is AMAZING. Absolutely beautiful. I highly advise completing The Pride of Kul’Tiras achievement.
The "Dream" was the culmination of a long-ass questline(excellent, unless you're trying to get it done in a hurry lol) after you're 120. Also the culmination of Jaina's prison sentence.
the cinematic is called return of hope but it plays at the end of the siege of boralus mythic only dungeon therefor ppl just call it the siege of boralus cinematic :D
Wait, I really have to disagree with your "Jaina is always like me me me". She used to do everything to make peace, sacrificing everything, even her own family, then when she's finally done bending over backwards for the Horde only to be spit on, have her friends killed, her city nuked, her trust betrayed, suddenly she's selfish? I'd really look into her story again because to me it seems like you started with a bias against Jaina for no reason and you're misinterpreting what her BfA story is actually about.
Kul Tiran Tiran battleships are ginormous with that many against the "tiny" pirate ships it's no wonder they surrendered so easily. Especially when the sailors on those ships were likely weary from being trapped for so long only to finally come home to find a fleet of pirates near the harbor of Boralus.
You need to play an Alliance side to the end to get everything. Lady Ashvane is noble and Cathrine's best friend, shes been behind a lot of the wrong in some of the zones as she desires to rule the island nation. The pirates work for her on the down low.
Lady Ashvane was Lady Proudmoore's advisor, but conspired with the pirates to dethrone her and take power, Ashvane's first plan is ruined, but she returns to finish the job, and then happens what we see in that cinematic.
I absolutely LOVE how they gave the whole summoning of the fleet this almost Davy-Jones-like mysterious quality, only being at the beck and call of the person worthy of the title of Lord Admiral of Kul Tiras and being as strong as they are not just because of the strenght of its formidable ships, but also basically making it a mythical, legendary juggernaut.
Hey Panzer ! A little resume: As we arrive to Kul'Tiras, Jaina is put in "jail" due to high treason, as she allowed her Father to die in Theramore at the hands of Thrall and Rexxar. Lady Ashvane, a rich woman, owner of a big trading company, who also lost her husband in Theramore, made herself the closest friend to Katherine Proudmoore.. Tho she did just to manipulate her. She wants to take control over Kul'Tiras to further her trading empire. She pretty much allied with the pirates, provided them new powerful weapons made of Azerite, and had em attack Kul'Tiras to weaken the kingdom, and force Katherine to step down as Lord Admiral using her guilt. The country has been also sufering due to a sudden separation from the other houses. We are then tasked to "mend" the relationships of the other houses with Kul'Tiras, finding out what is going on. 1- The Tidesages from Stormsong valley are some kind of "sea-mages" that are the main reazon the Kul'Tiran fleet is so powerful. They bless the ships with powerful incantations that make them resistant to the dangers of the sea. They can also sorta manipulate the seas, and are powerful guides tru the oceans. But they have been absent for a while... We find out that most of the cult has been corrupted by Azshara, and she and the main leader of the cult has trapped the Fleet in a magical storm for weeks. Azshara wanna take control of the fleet for herslef... i guess corrupting them with old god magic like she did with the tidesages. The fleet being absent also plays part in the success of the pirates plan on attacking Kul'Tiras. And thus we stop the cult, the fleet is still trapped, and well, the only one that can get em back is the Lord Admiral using the power of the heart of Kul'Tiras. 2 - The Waycrest is a noble family that resides and controls Drustvar but they haven't been seen in a while. We meet their daughter, and tru Drustvar we have to fight an invasion of creatures from Thrus, some sort of shadow-realm full of dark magic, also known as The Blighted lands, home to the original inhabitants of Kul'Tiras, the drust. So the story here is that the original inhabitants of the islands were pushed out by the humans, some joined them and are the origin of the Thornspeakers druids, and others had to flee back to the blighted lands. The leader of the drusts is this sorta demi-god Gorak'Tul. Trapped in the blightedlands, he made a pact with Lady Waycrest, who desperated wanted to save her dying husband, turning her into a witch, an avatar for his power, and turning her husband into some mindless abomination. This way he was also able to spread his power tru Drustvar. Lady Ashvane user her influence over Kul'Tiras to send Jaina to a special island north of Kul'Tiras that would then absorb her into the Blighted Lands. 3- We go back to Boralus just in time to stop Lady Proudmoore to hand over the reins of the country to Lady Ashvane, and to reveal her treason. She manages to escape tho, and then we are handed with the task to find and bring back Jaina. 4- So we have to travel into this shadow realm, Thrus, a place made of dark-magic, where Jaina has been locked in, being tortured by visions of her past. The "dream" you see Lady Proudmoore in, is not a dream.. is when we go into the shadow-realm to save Jaina, we have to fight with allucinations and the inhabitants of that realm to get to her. The whole place is a living nightmare pretty much. 5- Lady Ashvane attacks Boralus. We have to fight back her men and the pirates all the way tru the city, that is on fire btw. and after we defeat the invaders, she appears with a pirate fleet, ready to finish us over. But then, Jaina manages to call back the fleet using the pendant, and thus the cinematic. P.S. The captain of the ship you see in the video is Tandred Proudmoore, Jaina's youngest brother.
Had to come back for another look, Lady Ashvane is a kul'tiran but she was the traitor all along, she hired the pirates to capture kul'tiras for her, I am so glad Jaina is back, and with a vengeance no less, she has had a tragic life, so its about time something good happened to her.
The new questlines are excellent for both factions, I am so impressed with this expansion, having a great time questing and exploring, thanks for sharing.
The blonde guy on the boat that comes out of the mist is Jainas brother, and i am pretty sure he will have a big part in the alliance storyline from now on.
I really like this cinematic and the Dungeon "Siege of Boralus" is my favorite Dungeon of them all (from classic to BFA). We had massive troubles with the last Boss but in the end we made it. Felt like progress raiding back in the days :D And then this cinematic ... it was a perfect closure to the questline and I watched it three times in a row :D
SPOILERS! (But information for Tradechat! :D) Ashvane wasn't a pirate, she was just another noble that PAID pirates with money, promises of power and weapons to fight for her so she could take Kul Tiras and rule it. (aka, she was a grade A bitch) That "Nightmare" actually is a bit tough to explain. It begins with us talking to Katherine proudmoore (Jainas mom) being sad about Pricillia Ashvane (The bitch) betraying her, as she had been her best friend and supported her since her husbands death. Genn talks to her and convinces her that she needs Jaina. So we go and investigate. After jaina got sentenced to death, she was sent to Fate's end. An island outside of stormsong, "Where everyone who goes there is never seen again". We investigate and it is revealed the island is "Linked" to the blighted lands (Alot of connections to Drustvar). So we do some quests to unlock said lands, get Katherine Proudmoore and go there to get Jaina (QUeue the Jaina's nightmare, which is the blighted lands torturing her mind). So then we bring Jaina back to Boralus and then the siege of Boralus happens.
also the story line of jaina in bfa so far: she arives in kul tiras. her mother says she doesnt have a daughter and gives her over to lady ashvane to be executed. lady ashvane is however a moron and instead of executing her on the spot she gets her pirates to get her to drustvar where she is put in a horror movie land. in the mean time we discover that lady ashvane wants to betray the kultirans so we confront jainas mom with evidence. she gets emotional and together with the help of the player we travel to the mentioned horror movie land to free jaina. there cathrine (jainas mom) can see all the memories that haunt jaina (arthas. the fact that her father wouldnt listen to her and the fact that her mother wanted to execute her) so she steps in and reunites with jaina and bla bla while lady proudmore was away to save jaina lady ashvane and the pirates took over boralus so we go into the dungeon 'siege of boralus' and clear all the pirat and traitor filth out of boralus and at the end the pirat fleet attacks the city and thats where this cinematic takes place. you're welcome :D
aditional information: the fleet of kultiras has been traped in that storm for weeks or even months. jaina uses the magic of the pendant of her father to show the fleet the way out of the storm
you missing apart on alliance where ashvane has a cut scene where Jaina mom figures out Ashvane is not her friend. There alliance cut scene for this .. once you complete you are fighting ashvane thugs.. than she runs off as you try to catch Ashvane. she escapes
You really need to do her whole quest chain to understand what is going on and you will not see it all until you have reached revered with the 7th legion.
Careful Panser, such enthusiasm for the Alliance story is most unbecoming of a Horde player of your standing. If you don't tread with caution they may yet turn you into an Alliance sympathizer if not a player outright.
She was sent to dalaran to study the arts of magic since young age in the old games she was just portayed and voice acted like an American college girl
old time ships of the line would not surround like that, they would be going for broadsides to the pirates. Also during the time of pirates, if pirates were caught, they were executed.
So basically through questing you find out that Lady Ashvale has Allied with some pirates to make a bunch of Azerite weapons to take over Boralus from Katherine Proudmoore. You stop her and she gets away. Then Gen Greymane talks some sense into Katherine regarding Jaina saying you’ve been given a second chance, something I wish I had with my son. Then you go on the hunt to find where Ashvane sent Jaina , track her down and free her and then Ashvane comes back with a huge army and you have to stop her and then this happens.
I always felt Jaina was the conscious everyone else choose to ignore. Also note, if it wasn't for her- her father would have wiped out Thrall and the Horde. So, just saying. :P

@tradechat to better understand you will need to complete the story line of each zone on the kul'tiran side. From there you will be given a quest to bring jaina back from her punishment given by lady ashvane who was found to be a traitor doing this quest line unlocks the siege of boralas dungeon and clip you did for this reaction video is the result of it all coming back together. for the "no violence" part: i would suggest to have a look at the "Jaina's trial in Boralus" cinematic, where Lady Ashvane quotes the sentence for betrayal of Kul Tiras. :p seems to me the violent part starts afterwards

That zone you mentioned at the end Drustvar is Salem With Hunt, the most boring story wise not til about halfway through. And I'm not sure when the final cinematic with jaina, because it isn't there yet! And I've done about 99% of the quests.
There are plenty comments telling that the captain is Jaina's brother (which is correct). But I think no one mentioned that the same guy was on MOP cinematics, fighting orc and panda.
Love your channel even if you are Horde. You really need to level an Alliance character though. I suggest a Gnome, they are hated by everyone which just makes them so much cooler than everyone else.
If you want more misty eyed stuff, you could faction swap. Try dipping your toe in. Do the Worgen starting zone then take the Worgen you make and 110 boost The Worgen story is great for understanding the history of Sylvanas and the alliance.

- The reunion is cut short, when Ashvane's fleet attack the capital, with pirates running in the streets, killing civillians and guards alike. The player fight them off during the Mythic dungeon "Siege of Boralus", and confront Ashvane's who summon Viq'Goth, a Kraken, in the harbor, from her ship.
- Then, Jaina and Katherine goes up on the wall, where the "Hope" cinematic plays. Jaina use her father pendant, and her magic capacities, to locate and summon back the whole Kul'Tiran fleet thought lost, and her brother Tandred with it, and Ashvane surrenders.
- And, in the end, Jaina is graced, the Kul'Tiran's factions are united again, and Kul'Tiras join the Alliance, lead by Jaina as Lord Admiral.
Voila voila.

You need to play the Alliance side. It is good. SPOILERS: Jaina travels to Kul-Tiras to ask for aid (The Nightmare) knowing that her mother-Lord Admiral Katherine Proudmoore- will punish her for her father's death. She arrives and is presented to Katherine and her closest confidant- Lady Priscilla Ashvane- for judgement (Jaina Arrives). After leaving Jaina's fate to Ashvane, Jaina disappears and isn't seen again until all the questing in Kul-Tiras is done. Throughout the questing in Boralus, you discover that Lady Ashvane is plotting to overthrow the Proudmoore admiralty, believing that Katherine is too weak to lead Kul-Tiras. To that end, she uses her company to mine azerite and manufacture azerite gunpowder, with which she would arm her forces for the takeover. She also enlisted the aid of pirates to help with the coup d'etat, by secretly transporting goods -namely azerite power and arms- and being armed with azerite weapons to lay siege to Boralus' gates. Before she can successfully overthrow the Admiralty, Talia -AHEMFORDRAGONAHEM- reveals the plot and Ashvane as a traitor. To that end Katherine seeks out Jaina in the Blighted-Lands , guilty and ashamed that she abandoned her daughter to Ashvane's treachery. After fighting her way through jaina's tormented fragments to find her real daughter, Katherine is subjected to reliving Jaina's deepest regrets from her perspective ( Realm of Torment/ Jaina's Visions) . After rescuing Jaina from her own conscious, Katherine and Jaina return to Boralus to find it under attack from multiple foes. After expelling old-gods and other enemies, Lady Ashvane arrives to finish the job. Katherine formally recognizes Jaina as the true Lord Admiral, and Jaina embraces her role as such to summon the Kul-Tiran Fleet -And her younger Brother, Tandred- from their prison to save the city (Return of Hope). ENDSPOILERS
Hey Panser, the bad dream you’re talking about is actually a questline for The Pride of Kul’Tiras. You travel to Thros (basically an underworld) and you were trying to chase Jaina down as a child. You learn about her guilt with Rhonin, the people of Kul’Tiras, and Varian Wrynn. Everybody blaming her for their deaths (because she thinks it is her fault). That cinematic is after the lead up of these torturing memories. Katherine was watching Jaina’s memories. Katherine realized she was wrong about her original judgment (placing Jaina to death for treason). That is why she apologized. This story for Jaina is AMAZING. Absolutely beautiful. I highly advise completing The Pride of Kul’Tiras achievement.
The "Dream" was the culmination of a long-ass questline(excellent, unless you're trying to get it done in a hurry lol) after you're 120. Also the culmination of Jaina's prison sentence.
the cinematic is called return of hope but it plays at the end of the siege of boralus mythic only dungeon therefor ppl just call it the siege of boralus cinematic :D
Wait, I really have to disagree with your "Jaina is always like me me me". She used to do everything to make peace, sacrificing everything, even her own family, then when she's finally done bending over backwards for the Horde only to be spit on, have her friends killed, her city nuked, her trust betrayed, suddenly she's selfish?
I'd really look into her story again because to me it seems like you started with a bias against Jaina for no reason and you're misinterpreting what her BfA story is actually about.

Kul Tiran Tiran battleships are ginormous with that many against the "tiny" pirate ships it's no wonder they surrendered so easily. Especially when the sailors on those ships were likely weary from being trapped for so long only to finally come home to find a fleet of pirates near the harbor of Boralus.

You need to play an Alliance side to the end to get everything. Lady Ashvane is noble and Cathrine's best friend, shes been behind a lot of the wrong in some of the zones as she desires to rule the island nation. The pirates work for her on the down low.
The cinematics have chunks missing cuz the majority of it are quests. But it all ties together if you do the quests AND watch the cinematics.
That was Jaina living nightmare. Luck Jaina has block out telling the Horde about her father attack. This cinematic is after the mythic only dungeon.
Lady Ashvane was Lady Proudmoore's advisor, but conspired with the pirates to dethrone her and take power, Ashvane's first plan is ruined, but she returns to finish the job, and then happens what we see in that cinematic.

I absolutely LOVE how they gave the whole summoning of the fleet this almost Davy-Jones-like mysterious quality, only being at the beck and call of the person worthy of the title of Lord Admiral of Kul Tiras and being as strong as they are not just because of the strenght of its formidable ships, but also basically making it a mythical, legendary juggernaut.
Hey Panzer ! A little resume:
As we arrive to Kul'Tiras, Jaina is put in "jail" due to high treason, as she allowed her Father to die in Theramore at the hands of Thrall and Rexxar.
Lady Ashvane, a rich woman, owner of a big trading company, who also lost her husband in Theramore, made herself the closest friend to Katherine Proudmoore.. Tho she did just to manipulate her. She wants to take control over Kul'Tiras to further her trading empire. She pretty much allied with the pirates, provided them new powerful weapons made of Azerite, and had em attack Kul'Tiras to weaken the kingdom, and force Katherine to step down as Lord Admiral using her guilt. The country has been also sufering due to a sudden separation from the other houses.
We are then tasked to "mend" the relationships of the other houses with Kul'Tiras, finding out what is going on.
1- The Tidesages from Stormsong valley are some kind of "sea-mages" that are the main reazon the Kul'Tiran fleet is so powerful. They bless the ships with powerful incantations that make them resistant to the dangers of the sea. They can also sorta manipulate the seas, and are powerful guides tru the oceans. But they have been absent for a while... We find out that most of the cult has been corrupted by Azshara, and she and the main leader of the cult has trapped the Fleet in a magical storm for weeks. Azshara wanna take control of the fleet for herslef... i guess corrupting them with old god magic like she did with the tidesages. The fleet being absent also plays part in the success of the pirates plan on attacking Kul'Tiras. And thus we stop the cult, the fleet is still trapped, and well, the only one that can get em back is the Lord Admiral using the power of the heart of Kul'Tiras.
2 - The Waycrest is a noble family that resides and controls Drustvar but they haven't been seen in a while. We meet their daughter, and tru Drustvar we have to fight an invasion of creatures from Thrus, some sort of shadow-realm full of dark magic, also known as The Blighted lands, home to the original inhabitants of Kul'Tiras, the drust. So the story here is that the original inhabitants of the islands were pushed out by the humans, some joined them and are the origin of the Thornspeakers druids, and others had to flee back to the blighted lands. The leader of the drusts is this sorta demi-god Gorak'Tul. Trapped in the blightedlands, he made a pact with Lady Waycrest, who desperated wanted to save her dying husband, turning her into a witch, an avatar for his power, and turning her husband into some mindless abomination. This way he was also able to spread his power tru Drustvar. Lady Ashvane user her influence over Kul'Tiras to send Jaina to a special island north of Kul'Tiras that would then absorb her into the Blighted Lands.
3- We go back to Boralus just in time to stop Lady Proudmoore to hand over the reins of the country to Lady Ashvane, and to reveal her treason. She manages to escape tho, and then we are handed with the task to find and bring back Jaina.
4- So we have to travel into this shadow realm, Thrus, a place made of dark-magic, where Jaina has been locked in, being tortured by visions of her past. The "dream" you see Lady Proudmoore in, is not a dream.. is when we go into the shadow-realm to save Jaina, we have to fight with allucinations and the inhabitants of that realm to get to her. The whole place is a living nightmare pretty much.
5- Lady Ashvane attacks Boralus. We have to fight back her men and the pirates all the way tru the city, that is on fire btw. and after we defeat the invaders, she appears with a pirate fleet, ready to finish us over. But then, Jaina manages to call back the fleet using the pendant, and thus the cinematic.
P.S. The captain of the ship you see in the video is Tandred Proudmoore, Jaina's youngest brother.
Had to come back for another look, Lady Ashvane is a kul'tiran but she was the traitor all along, she hired the pirates to capture kul'tiras for her, I am so glad Jaina is back, and with a vengeance no less, she has had a tragic life, so its about time something good happened to her.

I really like this cinematic and the Dungeon "Siege of Boralus" is my favorite Dungeon of them all (from classic to BFA). We had massive troubles with the last Boss but in the end we made it. Felt like progress raiding back in the days :D And then this cinematic ... it was a perfect closure to the questline and I watched it three times in a row :D

Just after this quest you find Bolvar Fordragon's daughter. Who has been ensconced in kul tiras since the 3rd war. (The lich King narrative Grows).

Ashvane wasn't a pirate, she was just another noble that PAID pirates with money, promises of power and weapons to fight for her so she could take Kul Tiras and rule it.
(aka, she was a grade A bitch)
That "Nightmare" actually is a bit tough to explain.
It begins with us talking to Katherine proudmoore (Jainas mom) being sad about Pricillia Ashvane (The bitch) betraying her, as she had been her best friend and supported her since her husbands death. Genn talks to her and convinces her that she needs Jaina. So we go and investigate.
After jaina got sentenced to death, she was sent to Fate's end. An island outside of stormsong, "Where everyone who goes there is never seen again".
We investigate and it is revealed the island is "Linked" to the blighted lands (Alot of connections to Drustvar). So we do some quests to unlock said lands, get Katherine Proudmoore and go there to get Jaina (QUeue the Jaina's nightmare, which is the blighted lands torturing her mind).
So then we bring Jaina back to Boralus and then the siege of Boralus happens.
Not a bad dream, more like a rescue mission to a parallel dimension. It was mostly real.
It is the ending scene after players completed siege of boralus!

also the story line of jaina in bfa so far:
she arives in kul tiras. her mother says she doesnt have a daughter and gives her over to lady ashvane to be executed. lady ashvane is however a moron and instead of executing her on the spot she gets her pirates to get her to drustvar where she is put in a horror movie land. in the mean time we discover that lady ashvane wants to betray the kultirans so we confront jainas mom with evidence. she gets emotional and together with the help of the player we travel to the mentioned horror movie land to free jaina. there cathrine (jainas mom) can see all the memories that haunt jaina (arthas. the fact that her father wouldnt listen to her and the fact that her mother wanted to execute her) so she steps in and reunites with jaina and bla bla while lady proudmore was away to save jaina lady ashvane and the pirates took over boralus so we go into the dungeon 'siege of boralus' and clear all the pirat and traitor filth out of boralus and at the end the pirat fleet attacks the city and thats where this cinematic takes place. you're welcome :D
aditional information: the fleet of kultiras has been traped in that storm for weeks or even months. jaina uses the magic of the pendant of her father to show the fleet the way out of the storm
you missing apart on alliance where ashvane has a cut scene where Jaina mom figures out Ashvane is not her friend. There alliance cut scene for this .. once you complete you are fighting ashvane thugs.. than she runs off as you try to catch Ashvane. she escapes
truthfully, the kul-tiran fleet should have giving lady ashvanes fleet a nice big broadside and sunk her whole fleet.

Careful Panser, such enthusiasm for the Alliance story is most unbecoming of a Horde player of your standing. If you don't tread with caution they may yet turn you into an Alliance sympathizer if not a player outright.

Did anyone else realize that Jaina doesnt have a Kul'Tiran accent despite both of her parents having it?
She was sent to dalaran to study the arts of magic since young age in the old games she was just portayed and voice acted like an American college girl
old time ships of the line would not surround like that, they would be going for broadsides to the pirates. Also during the time of pirates, if pirates were caught, they were executed.
So basically through questing you find out that Lady Ashvale has Allied with some pirates to make a bunch of Azerite weapons to take over Boralus from Katherine Proudmoore. You stop her and she gets away. Then Gen Greymane talks some sense into Katherine regarding Jaina saying you’ve been given a second chance, something I wish I had with my son. Then you go on the hunt to find where Ashvane sent Jaina , track her down and free her and then Ashvane comes back with a huge army and you have to stop her and then this happens.
I always felt Jaina was the conscious everyone else choose to ignore. Also note, if it wasn't for her- her father would have wiped out Thrall and the Horde. So, just saying. :P

Lady ashvane alligned herself with pirates because she wantet to take controll over Kul'tiras, but she herself is not a Pirate but member of one of the four noble houses of Kul'tiras.

From there you will be given a quest to bring jaina back from her punishment given by lady ashvane who was found to be a traitor doing this quest line unlocks the siege of boralas dungeon and clip you did for this reaction video is the result of it all coming back together. That zone you mentioned at the end Drustvar is Salem With Hunt, the most boring story wise not til about halfway through. And I'm not sure when the final cinematic with jaina, because it isn't there yet! And I've done about 99% of the quests.
