You should really get an oven thermometer so you can adjust the oven accordingly! I know you always say things are burnt and your oven is dodgy so this may help!
It's uneven. I believe she said hotter at the back. In my experience, unless it's souffle, you can rotate partway through, but if you're multitasking, sometimes you don't quite get there in time....

This was not a disappointment at all. It doesn't deserve being demoted to 'Extra Grack' but I love both channels equally, so it makes no difference!!! Still loved it!! All the outfits were great. I would like to test this theory that you are always reading the comments by passing on a similar cooking trick to the lettuce thing: hard boil an egg, crack the bottom of the egg and peel away a large hole in the shell big enough for the egg to slide out of if it could. then crack and peel away a small hole in the top of the egg about the size of a kernel of corn. hold the egg in your hand while circling the small hole in the top with your thumb and forefinger. place your lips on you thumb and forefinger to form a tight seal and blow. the boiled egg should shoot out of the hole in the bottom.
