No they don't and they are not chefs !! Hourly workers trained by corporate goons.. they are told just send it out .. that place is like eating at a national chain joint . Outback,BJ's , Texas Roadhouse. They all suck . Very low quality food just jazzed up a little bit to fool the poor working class folks that think it's the bomb ... And then ya gotta bend over backwards at the register, lol .

As a Floridian that KEY LIME PIE is a travesty. Key Limes are Limes in essence but there juice is a cloudy yellow and it is 5x more acidic then a LEMON, if made correctly, the pie would be a bright yellow color. Key Lime Juice being 5x more acidic and bitter then lemon juice creates a unique eating experience that causes a pucker factor as you eat. Gilley's can buy actual KEY LIME juice to make the real version BUT they went kind of DENNY's on you by using Lime Juice in the pie instead. Lime juice is almost half the cost as Key Lime Juice so that is why many places uses LIME juice and just say its Key Lime Pie. So Gilley's RENAME that as a LIME PIE, signed EVERYONE IN FLORIDA! Shin love you as always, if you ever come to Florida you have to get a REAL KEY LIME PIE! You will see the difference. Gilley's gets a 2.7 out of 5 rating. (Burnt Buns did not help you any)

That food looked... meh 😕. And those burnt buns were ridiculous 😣 Treasure Island used to be one of my favorite places to eat and stay back in the day ( before it became TI). There was an AWESOME coffee shop where we got comped steak dinners. This was also before those horrible hard wood floors. I rarely step foot in this place now. Ranch on onion rings...different. Down here in Texas, it is ketchup. And chili on nachos is a bit high school. Its beef fajitas, chicken fajitas, ground beef . That burger looks good ; but yep....they overdid the bun. That brisket sandwich is a NO ! A slap to us Texans . Cream corn is a twist. Looks good.
Good review..... Nachos looked good, shame on the hamburger given they are a specialty BBQ place... Fries looked tasty. the Fried chicken looked a bit average... Be interesting to see if the steaks were any good.
Mr. Shin quickly identified that Gilley's is using pre-made frozen food that is reheated in a oil fryer. Honestly for the money, Burger King and Popeye's Chicken looks better! $237.56 plus a $47.00 tip is a lot of money for Denny's style food. Treasure Island is great, Gilley's not so much...
Any decent diner will never burn buns. Gilley's is a major disappointment and I'll pass . Shin, I hope you review a more upscale restaurant next Saturday .

I guess Gilley’s is banking on all the fun activities vs food to keep people coming back. It’s always so disappointing when restaurants put Sysco frozen food on their menus. But the big disgrace is to then charge high prices for this stadium type food. It’s so risky to have meh food, so why chance it when there is so much competition in the same area. The brisket and salmon sound good enough to give Gilley’s a try but I do NOT like burned buns at all. Onion rings are a big no from me. An onion blossom appetizer would be better!
I usually stay at T.I. when I come to Vegas. I've eaten at many of the restaurants at T.I., including Gilleys. Very mediocre with very high prices. And the service was average, at best. I would never go again. If you want barbeque, go to Lucille's at Green Valley ranch or the location at Red rock casino.
If I was here to eat, then I would. But I was there to make a video and I got everything I needed. I'd rather the staff and kitchen focus their energies on patrons who are on vacation and tourists trying to enjoy their time. Thanks for watching!
They used to have good ribs and the best sweet potato fries I'd ever tasted. Sadly the fries are no longer available and the ribs I got recently were absolutely drowning in bbq sauce. Definitely has declined in the last few years. Not sure if Mickey's death had anything to do with the decline. Tfs Shin. 👍

I'd say a good 80%-90% of the leftovers I take home get eaten. I'm a homebody by nature so it's nice just have a bunch of food to microwave and eat while I game or watch TV. Thanks for watching!

Treasure Island used to be one of my favorite places to eat and stay back in the day ( before it became TI). There was an AWESOME coffee shop where we got comped steak dinners. This was also before those horrible hard wood floors. I rarely step foot in this place now.

Sometimes. I guess it depends on who's asking. If it's my server, I typically just say everything is fine. I'd rather they go and provide service to guests and visitors to Vegas. I consider myself at work when I'm filming a video and I don't need the attention. I'm just here to make the vlog and report to you guys. I will be full regardless by the end of taping. The handheld items were a disappointment with the burnt buns. It's odd that they'd send those out. The sides looked good though, especially the corn.

Mr. Shin quickly identified that Gilley's is using pre-made frozen food that is reheated in a oil fryer. Honestly for the money, Burger King and Popeye's Chicken looks better! $237.56 plus a $47.00 tip is a lot of money for Denny's style food. Treasure Island is great, Gilley's not so much...

I guess Gilley’s is banking on all the fun activities vs food to keep people coming back. It’s always so disappointing when restaurants put Sysco frozen food on their menus. But the big disgrace is to then charge high prices for this stadium type food. It’s so risky to have meh food, so why chance it when there is so much competition in the same area. I usually stay at T.I. when I come to Vegas. I've eaten at many of the restaurants at T.I., including Gilleys. Very mediocre with very high prices. And the service was average, at best. I would never go again. If you want barbeque, go to Lucille's at Green Valley ranch or the location at Red rock casino.

They used to have good ribs and the best sweet potato fries I'd ever tasted. Sadly the fries are no longer available and the ribs I got recently were absolutely drowning in bbq sauce. Definitely has declined in the last few years. Not sure if Mickey's death had anything to do with the decline. Tfs Shin. 👍
