Ingredients:
Chicken 3 breast or 500 to 600 gms
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
Lemon juice 1 tbs
Salt
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Green chilli paste 1.5 to 2 tbsp
Yoghurt 3 tbsp
Oil 3/4 cup
Butter optional
Chopped onion 1 (medium size)
Garm masala 1 tsp
Almond 6 to 7
Cashew nuts 12 to 15
Milk 2 tbs
Chicken stock cubes 1 optional
FOR CHICKEN MAHARANI MASALA:
Coriander seeds 1 tbs
Cumin seeds half tbs
Mace 1 tsp
Cloves 4
Dried red chillies 4
Green cardamom 6 to 7
Black cardamom 2
