There is cheating in every single PC shooter. All of them. Fortnite might have the best anti cheat. Play games that don’t have cross play. For example if I play pubg on ps5 I never see a cheater. If I play on pc I get hacked on every single game.

Yes Man dude been using modified files for quite a while and he talks about it openly who knows what other things got modified in is files that could give him advantage yes he was a pro but he's been shady and been playing with known cheaters the last 1-2 years...
I went to the game file and did that ADS speed as well. It essentially didnt do anything significant. It supposedly dropped your ADS time from 4000-5000ms to ZERO...it didnt do that. I was in his stream that morning when he was talking about it. even if Teep isnt cheating, he avoids talking about it as much as possible, as he should. He cant burn bridges and just NOT play with them. To do so would be an allegation essentially. Top streamers are essentially a business community, they all have to work off each other.

got a quick question , so modifying any of the game files results a ban ? because i did modify some settings ( cong file ) to increase my fps a little bit and it did. is that still cheating ?
I personally wouldn’t risk changing any game files.
If you're taling about editing the cod 24 game file and I'm assuming you edited the thread count to help fps...no that is not cheating. It is tuning your pc for performance, which is what a pc is for. Not all PC players cheat.

Always appreciate the great work but, I need to interject on the editing of the .CFG/.CST file. Making edits to those files will never result in any type of ban or punishment. I'm friends with an Activision Developer, that's been with them for over 10 years, and it's 100% safe to edit , and its actually recommended as a troubleshooting step when PC users have encountered performance/gameplay issues. it's needed with Warzone 2 and MW3 with a good % of the PC community , the default value that controls how your CPU/Threads are utilized, is incorrect for many and the user has to change it. The files they don't want you messing with are encrypted.

Honest question... you get a ban/shadow ban by editing a config file? This is supposed to be a modification on the client side to improve rasterization made by the GPU to get better performance with less frames dropping. No data will be sent to the servers I suppose, confused ...

There’s such a misconception about ds4/dsx. I use the latter and it’s a controller emulator. That’s it. It allows you to map your buttons in the dual sense edge (only way to do it) and allows you to use a PlayStation controller on steam games that require an Xbox controller.
People use Cronus and claim they have a disability as it’s designed for that, however… as we all know you can load scripts into it to cheat.
DS4 is also legitimate, it’s designed to connect controllers or remap.
However…. It can be used to change the configuration files to cheat.
I don’t think there any misconception.
My points are cheating streamers who have awful reputations of soft-aim or no recoil.
Of course some people use DS4 legit but…. Why? Foot pedals, Cronus and DS4 is frowned upon in the games scene, if you want to use them then expect the hate.
Halo ban DS4 completely and Ricochet shadowban.
These games with these cheating problems and skins focus is making the gaming industry even more pointless. Go swim, play sports, learn a skill than waste your time with videogames.

I had hoped that Microsoft, when they stepped in to take over Activision, would give them orders to remove cheating regardless of if the person was a streamer or not. New streamers will always rise up to take any void so it's far better to have non cheats streaming that promoting your games than known cheats. The other irony is that, if you look at the viewer counts vs active players then it's pretty clear that most of the streamers audience don't actually play warzone and are just viewing for entertainment. i.e Activision looses nothing from ridding themselves of these cheats.

Changing the values in the game files in not cheat or even a ban offense. Cos you do programming in the cod files there are set values you can change it literally gives you the values you need to say between I've been doing it for over 2 years and never been banned or shadow banned. It always you the ability to optimize the game to run better on pc I'm using a 3080 and I get almost 200fps at 1440p do to the values I change in the cod programming

Just as a FYI. DS4 is not a cheating software for remapping, that was reWASD which is now banned on COD. And you can absolutely edit your player cfg file without a penalty. It had nothing to do with the game servers, it’s only your client side settings. You can change things like graphic presets and turn off resizable-bar. So you will not be banned for that, and it’s not cheating
