The Alkin can bring a 97cf from 300 to 4500 in less than 20 minutes (0 - 4500 in 30 min) and you will have clean air. But the Alkin pulls 18 amps at 220v. Usually when we sell an Alkin to a PCP airgunner it is because he killed more than one of those small compressors. Thanks for the fun video.

At the cost of 5 shoebox compressors you can get a the new air venturis large compressor that can fill tanks, I have the large Bigfoot compressor from Bin Yan at The Pellet Shop that cost 1400. 00 when i bought for 1.5 years now and it tops off my large air venturi wingman 98 cubic foot carbon fiber bottle from around 3200 to 4500 in about 9 minutes and it's running strong, it's got all sorts of filters built and a moisture and oil auto purge at the end of each filling, love the video brother, can't wait for more👍👍👍👍

Oh I've done way more dangerous stuff than this with high pressure. Anyhow, I'm confident in my skills and knowledge or I wouldn't have attempted it. You wanna see dangerous you should check out my Talon SS homemade plenum video (it's actually totally safe and has been for like a year while under pressure)
you really didnt need the 1 way valves, they could all be hollow no issue as the tank has an on off and the compressors have bleeds ( even one bleed from one compressor would bleed the entire system,, that being said , cool experiement
Incorrect. You cannot start up a small compressor against pressure like that. You will break it. Upgrading from standard 1 way valves to captive piston 1 way valves was the move, for sure!
The SCUBA does not have a one way valve so it would kinda suck. You'd need to pressurize the lines and then open the SCUBA valve - a bad idea and you will still be dumping backpressure at the compressors if no one ways are used. The way I did it here is the best way to do it for sure.
not sure where my last reply went. You could close the tank , fill the lines to 3000 and open the tank.. all would equalize the same , then close the tank and open one bleed to empty the line system.. Not here to attack , it is a good solution to using 5 compressors either way @@airshootist

I don't like having that huge amount of volume behind that pressure against my little pumps. It's easier for them to pump against that with one way valves that close during each pump stroke rather than constantly 3-4k with tons of volume behind it blasting back into the compression heads. I like my Orcair valve on my other tank, has a paintball 1 way on it

You are right to be disappointed in me over that. But off the top of my head, NO, this is not economical. All those compressors probably average like $250 each plus the filter, fittings, etc and right there you basically have a big compressor purchase price. Check out the Omegas at High Pressure Pneumatics. Great compressors that can easily fill SCUBAs
I'm not sure if this was to be more economical or more to show if it could be done. I can almost guarantee it's not financially responsible to do it this way. Not only that the poor guy had to run extension cords all over the place because of the amp draw. So along with not being financially beneficial it was a pia to just film this video never mind do it repeatedly.

I figured as such….Also a massive pain in the ass! Hahaha I got a local shop that fills my scuba tank for 10 bucks and when they’re on top of their game and not busy it takes maybe 10min.
