You're funny Jesse 😅 This is once city I'm considering moving to because I heard it's fairly cheap with many Brits & Americans. Toulouse is my 2nd option. Rent I read is about half the cost in the Midwest and about 25% of New York City. Does Rennes have any organic grocery stores like Carrefour in Spain? Also residency card, is that your drivers license? OR National Citizen card? I'm planing on expatiating, but heard it takes like 10 years to become a French Citizen, and how jobs are prioritied to Frenchh Citizens 1st. Also, info regarding vehicle license & motorcycle license? Any general advice, tips etc is greatly appreciated.
I’ve never been to Toulouse but I know the weather is warmer which is great. Yeah rent here is very cheap compared to the states. And after your visa you can apply for a residence card! That varies how long it’ll be for, after few years yeah you can apply for citizenship. And from what I noticed there isn’t really any organic based stores, every grocery store has their organic section! Called “bio” But you should definitely live in abroad! Wonderful experience
@@eljesse My ancestors ruled it. Wren and Renn are the same family just diff spelling. I am named for Christopher Wren, the architect and Scholar but the family comes from Rennes France that was the Seat of Brittany (capital). Where my ancestor sat as King, after William appointed him and left to conquer England from Normandy.
welcome in Rennes ,you should take a look at the "thabor "garden ,not far from the Parlement de bretagne...
Thank you for the idea! I will check it out next time for sure
Congratulations for your French card!! Bienvenue!
