I think it was an the Ebro in Spain, but not certain of either river name or that river being in Spain lol, but I know there are some monsters in Spanish rivers due to warm weather and plentiful food with no natural predators 👍

That fish is huge I think that is a Wels catfish I think they're the biggest catfish of the catfish species they can get anywhere between 200 even 300 lbs or more
