- Hey everyone back with Trailmakers! Today we are competing in a centrifuge evolution challenge! We've done a centrifuge race before but we've never tried it with the evolution rules so we've decided to try it this time to truly see who can make the fastest centrifuge dragster!

Hey just a thought. Let your car ride up to mid wall there. That’s a straight line, with enough speed and through centrifugal force. You’ll stay on line and be able to pick up the most speed. Stop turning while on this track.
"the centrifugal force keeps pulling me up the wall and I have to constantly fight it"... just seeing this video now, makes me mad... they know... but they dont do it?
I think it makes them leave the race, same as falling in the middle

This video almost went disastrous. The amount of crashing and spinning was insane.
i feel like the strategy may be to give up on trying ot stay on the bottom of the track and turning tight, but just go wide at the "bottom" of the U shape and not even worry about turning anymore, and try to just out speed them...
Me yelling at the screen saying to add aero wings to help with down force and widen your wheel base, even scrap man mentions to widen your wheel base, yet you guys remained as pencils
Yeah, this evo race ended up being just arrows
The tipping wouldn't be a problem if kan would go up on the wall instead of trying so hard to stay on the flat area
Kan, from time to time you say in videos you need to test stuff in games. So why not make a series on that. You can test block stats in scrap mechanic by setting up "Tests" like how many blocks of wood does it take to weigh as much as 1 block of t3 metal. It would be an interesting series, and besides you never know what you'll come across.
You guys should try and evolution race where you keep your own designs from the start and keep tweaking it every race
Last lap before Kan finally figures out you need to drive on the banked part and not the flat part of the track...
Know what's great? Having problems and doing nothing to solve them... "I keep having trouble steering" (and not modifying how much the wheels turn and making the car narrower and longer) "I keep having the nose hit the ground" (and putting large wedge pieces that extend in front of the wheels with very little clearance on a concave track) "We don't have time to test anything" (and make the build time shorter for the first evo and keep the others the same) Frantic chaos.

I feel like a few changes would have made the vehicles much better.. Bumping down steering sensitivity (distance) a bunch so you could just hold Right and smoothly corner instead of jerky overcorrections would have helped a lot.. And not sure if you were joking but angling a wing a few degrees to give a constant right turn would have been neat to see..
Kan, your cat just made this episode that much better. Can we get more Kans Kat in future episodes? Maybe she can do voiceovers? We need more of Kan's Kat
Do a De-evolution race/competition
Start with like 40 power cores and drop 5 each time
I've come to realize that Kan loses mostly due to time constraints (can't build properly), or when he has an actually okay vehicle he then gets destroyed by his friends (on purpose or not). Sad life.
Often he hell band on keeping general idea even if it failed multiple times

Should I use the racing wheels and made yourself have a wider axle so it was harder for you guys to roll
Also you'd want the thrust more in the front rather than in the back so that way it pulls you forward and Mort into the ground preventing you from lifting up and flying off

Also I'll say for the hundredth time, submarines with alternative propulsion. No underwater engines just helicopter engines with different propeller types
you should do a race where the winner takes parts off and the losers upgrade
Have you done a draft style building competition. You and friends enter a draft and take turns picking parts that you can use to build a vehicle. If you pick the cockpit they can't use it, etc...

I really think for this challenge you should put bigger tyres on the back to cause the front to understeer more so the cars less twitchy

I feel like this would have been way better with more time. Watching them just become longer and longer meant that there was a lot less creativity in the designs. More time to branch off in different styles would have been way more interesting.
Making a dragster for a bank is absolutely not the way to go here. Should’ve made more of a race car looking thing. Wider, nice and low, with much more front downforce to keep the front planted and less likely to spin out when making turning corrections
I think the problem with your dragsters lifting up is due to having no downforce on the back of the vehicle.
All of your downforce is at the front, so the back can lift up easily, and as soon as it does the whole thing just get scooped up into the air.

Just realised something I think kan should have bput fins on the boosters so that way he can fly or glide back onto the centrifuge.

1st goes to 2nd
2nd goes to 3rd
And 3rd goes to 1st

Idk if your aware of this or not, but @10:10 ish during the race when your cutting in to the turns and coming off the angled track your losing alot of speed everytime you cut in.
It's just like a Nascar or any oval racetrack. If you drop from the slanted track to the flat area you lose alot of speed. If you stay on the slant slowly raising up the angle as you get faster and faster, it will help maximize your speed and keep you from spinning out or losing control bc gravity will hold you to the wall... allowing you to build stable speed.

Couldn't kan have saved himself when he flew off the map cuz at one point he was faced back toward the edge but he kept his thruster on so like couldn't he have stayed in if he just turned em off dont know why but thats what I been thinking bout since seeing him so close to the edge
Hey there Khan I just wanted to say before you upload the dapper noob vs pro video that it is pronounced melee (mei·lei) with a French little twist on the ees ordinarily I wouldn't say anything but this is the second or third time that I've heard you say MEALY like full of meal like cornmeal and that would be totally fine if you were re-doing the corn harvesting challenge in mpmd but when describing a subcategory of combat
It sounds very mundane but if you add the short e sound on the end it makes it sound really masculine and athletic

@candy person cats have a completely different way of talking to humans.
If they scream like this, they are hurt, scared, very angry, or something other negative.
Normally my cat used to scream like this, when she was locked out or in a fight with an animal.
The days before she died, when she was screaming for no reason, the doctor told us she was in pain and had to be put down.
I'm just worried about his cat.

Maybe you all should do 30 seconds to build, 30 seconds to test, and another 30 seconds to tweak things for each round. Just a thought.

You should do it but opposite kind of, call it devolution and you have to have the intent to win but last place is what you have to work with and improve

Every time you do an evolve race where it's driving in a circle it's always unfair because the middle guy will always be more likely to run into the other 2, so the middle guy is always more screwed. I'd love to see challenges that were a bit more conceptually fair.
