Ten Ten! Many would not know how that nickname came about. At the African Cup of Nations in Maroc 88, we were down to 10 men following a Red card to Ademola Adeshina, he gave a tackle to an Algerian who could not continue in the game. Substitution had been completed so both sides continued 10-10.
We watched that game live. Without that tackle, Nigeria would have lost that game because the Algerians were really swarming us with their numerical advantage. Today with VAR, that tackle would have resulted in a red card. He only got a yellow.
ALL I say to you Bright Omokaro that You so much for your service to Our Dear country Nigeria. So happy to hear from you. May God order your Days in His Care and Love. Amen.
I didn't watch him play though but thanks for sharing his story Ose. We need to bring back the sports festival in Nigeria because from most of this legends, they were all discovered at the festivals.

Is such a good thing that you are bringing them to our notice and celebrating them while they are still alive. Can you pls interview Friday Ekpo, Chris Ohenhe, Tarila Okorowanta and Henry Nwosu🙏

Tarila is in Bayelsa and Ohenhen I don't know but would figure it out. We pray that our subscribers and views increase to enable us do all that you asked for and more.

10 10 remained in the continent and didn’t venture Europe as much as I recollect. I use to remember the battle between him and Humphrey Edobor when he Edobor left insurance for NNB . Humphrey most times always ended up being substituted for caution sake or injury

Bright Omokaro, Mr 10-10. The great defender. I remembered the frustration you and Sunday Eboigbe gave to Felix Owolabi. I will never forget. You are just a very bad person as an opponent. May the Lord bless you. Are your children playing also?
