I cried the color out of my eyes when she said people called her “baby murderer” like if a person isn’t ready to have a baby they should be able to have an abortion if they want without needing to feel like they are a killer, and people should definitely not call her that without even knowing why she had an abortion. To be honest, it is not as personalized as if it would be in case it's created by a nutritionist or personal trainer. If I were a beginner with a tight budget, I would buy this mostly because it is not expensive and gives you a good understanding of proper meal planning.
I watched the whole episode and she broke up with him midway through the process and made it about her self worth and working on her relationship with her mom. at the end it said she no longer talked to him and it was amazing so see how confident she was after she left him

I think the whole point of the whole revenge part is because anger gives you adrenaline, so it keeps you motivated and despite doing it for yourself it allows you to have more motivation to get to your goal, it’s far too easy to say fuck it and give up, and it’s a good feeling to prove someone wrong when they’ve been so awful to you, so instead of a “fuck it” it’s more of a “fuck you”

I don't because instead of healing, or focusing on being happy, the 'revenge body' shifts focus to a preoccupation of what people think about you. Why do we believe that we need to change the way we look in order to be more powerful? Putting this much energy and time into changing yourself just to _spite_ someone is the height of toxic behaviour. Aside from that, this totally plays into the societal standards of there being a "right" type of body.
