I don't because instead of healing, or focusing on being happy, the 'revenge body' shifts focus to a preoccupation of what people think about you. Why do we believe that we need to change the way we look in order to be more powerful? Putting this much energy and time into changing yourself just to _spite_ someone is the height of toxic behaviour. Aside from that, this totally plays into the societal standards of there being a "right" type of body.

To be honest, it is not as personalized as if it would be in case it's created by a nutritionist or personal trainer. If I were a beginner with a tight budget, I would buy this mostly because it is not expensive and gives you a good understanding of proper meal planning.
