      Hi gilda i know that no parent hates their child but you have to realise that there is passed on trauma and i dont think it si fair on how this mother is treating the child yes there are healthy mother daughter relations but you have to realise its not always the childs fault . i truly dont get why the mother would compress the childs emotions even though situation the mother should be reasonable and raise a child who has a healthy self esteem not apologising to the boyfriend and poke her head she should be atleast supportive at times how you guys responde to this was kinda leaning on the parents side wat about the child who was made fun of and raised herself

    Sometimes being surrounded by negativity can really have a huge impact. I grew up with people that constantly commented negatively on my weight and it really affected my esteem. I finally met a partner that constantly assures me and complements me and I feel like a heavy burden has been lifted off my shoulders. I am still going through therapy to forgive the trauma that all the negativity caused to try and forgive them but it's hard.

      @@mercychepngenoh4029 it sucks that we enter adulthood having to heal from our childhood and no one ever tells you that. If you’re lucky you figure it out on your own and do the work. If not you repeat the cycle. I feel like our generation is the generation that will break the cycle. And that means more work. You just need one person in your corner and I’m so glad you have that in your partner. That’s a blessing because as ladies we know most men are horrible. So don’t stop pouring love into yourself your very worthy of that love ❤️

      @@charlesmarando4520 thank you so much for your feedback. Im not doing it intentionally. My mum knows the way I communicate. When I have a thought sometimes it’s hard for me to not say it then and there or I lose it. I’m chaotic because my mind runs a mile a minute.but with her I’m free to have faults around her.
      That’s the beauty of having a parent that accepts what others would deem “flaws”.The reason why people cant talk openly to their parents is because barriers and boundaries are put up. You have to approach them in a certain way or a “right” way. When I talk to my mum she lets me be myself and she listens. The last thing I would ever be is disrespectful to my mother. In the description you will see I said I’m not perfect and I’m not trying to be. I’m understood and accepted and I’m being my authentic self. We don’t judge in girl talk 😄

      The only thing I differ with Gilda is focusing on the negative while getting into a relationship. I agree with your mom- just get into a relationship with an open mind and see how it plays out because if you focus on the negative you’ll end up out looking the little positive sides. Because is like coming out of a breakup and getting into a relationship but assuming that the person is going to do the same things that were done to you earlier/ breaking you.~~~But I also understand what you mean at the same time 😊

    • @marygoretyawino326
      @marygoretyawino326 2 місяці тому +1

      I also don’t agree with your mom when she says that “if you have a child with someone by mistake “ you shouldn’t see the child as a mistake. Well children are blessings from God but honestly even me every morning I pray that I’m so glad I didn’t have a child with a particular person because if I ever did; I would have been miserable right now. So yes you can see a baby and the baby ends up reminding you of your worst mistake you ever did and that will greatly affect even how you raise that child and the emotions towards the child and at the end of the day that will also psychologically affect the innocent child. So yes I agree Gilda I’m glad too I never did.😅
