I spent 5 days in one of the most beautiful cities in Europe - the Hungarian capital, Budapest. It is situated on the banks of the Danube in Central Europe. I would say that it is one of the most livable cities on the continent.
There is a lot to explore, the Castle Hill, the Széchenyi Chain Bridge, Hungary’s Parliament Building. the magnificent dome of St. Stephen’s Basilica. But one thing you won't miss is the good food. From street food stalls to 5-star hotels, the food is amazing. The Hungarian do have good-food genes in their blood. In this video, I tried goose liver (foie gras), mushroom soup, chilli paste, and lots of cakes. There is a scene of Dancing Waiter, that the cafe owner danced to the music when I enjoyed his house soup - mushroom soup.
