How to raise the rear SUSPENSION of a MOTORCYCLE_ ADJUSTING THE SHOCK ABSORBER

The rear suspension shock absorber preload is adjustable to compensate for the driver, load, riding style and road conditions.
The damper preload is adjustable to 7 positions.
To change the shock preload setting, place the motorcycle on the center rest pedal.
Rotate the damper tension ring to the desired position with the damper adjuster.
Position 1 offers the softest damper tension and position 7 the stiffest.
