@tjobrien8436 I always think this is what makes Rugby great! Ireland have been building something special for a while and have been playing superb rugby off the back of it which has been supremely exciting to watch. We (England) may have won on Saturday, but it was a tight match and save for the bounce of the ball, or a different decision being made, Ireland could have won the game. Can't wait to see how you do in South Africa, the two best teams in the world facing off for a test match series is a tasty prospect indeed! I can only see great things happening for such an awesome team with such great fans! See you at Lansdown next year! 🍀🌹

Shaggy"s 40 mins against Lomu Landsdowne Rd is one of my fave defensive performances of all time. Sadly, he was injured for the 2nd half and NZ took control. It was a case of 'what if' for many years, as the Irish team and crowd did feed off the battle between Lomu and Shaggy

I was devastated when Ireland got knocked out of the WC, can't imagine how the players felt, but I saw Mack Hansen in his no nonsense Aussie slang say ' we are just going to go out and win the 6 nations' thought that was fantastic but then realised we had no experienced 10 and panicked a bit. Can't wait for Hansen to come back into the team, should be 5here for the July tour to SA.

loving this - Will and Shane are talking about the skills of space, time, and timing. If players lack these skills they can't play what is in front of them. But, overtraining the technical, speed, and strength skills lowers space, time, and timing skills. Skills mastery needs both sets of skills. They need to be coached separately.

Will Greenwood talked a huge amount of sense. The big problem with building your plan around data from last weeks match is the opposition have the same data and know exactly how you are going to play in advance, insanity. This makes it very easy for the opposition. Get the team to play what is in front of them and ask questions of the opposition.

I agree with Horgan when he mentioned our best rugby being played in the WC with Farrell at 12 and Ford at 10. Obviously we can't and shouldn't go back to that... but having a centre partnership doesn't HAVE to revolve around a big basher at 12 and a lighter footballer at 13. The future, in my opinion, is Ojomoh at 12 and Lawrence/Joseph at 13. Ojomoh is powerful, fast and has AMAZING hands, Lawrence gives us the power and ability in the outside channels that he displays for Bath week on week... put Feyi-Waboso on one wing and Freeman on the other. Then we have the pace and defensive nous to put someone like Steward at the back.

This could be peter o mahony 's last six nations in Twickenham and as captain I just cannot see the irish lineout malfunctioning and that's where this game will be won or lost , Ireland played well against France and were okay against Italy and Wales, they need to up their performance on Saturday, I think Farrell has a fully fit squad to pick from which is encouraging 👍

Horgan spot on about England not knowing who to pick week to week. "This week, we will be mostly be picking our exciting new winger!" 🙏

24:40 Except….Ireland didn’t look that comfortable in the last 6 nations game against England. A lot of nervous energy, a lot of heavy breathing early on. Score line flattered them and I dare say it was a premonition of what was to come in the crunch QF of the WC. We were late of the the gates and paid for it in the end. We need to get out of the gates early and lay down a marker early on Saturday.

"Fire & Brimstone" for England players under EJ meant red cards. Aggression needs to be managed by the players or it will be managed by the ref.

England will get cards again a couple of yellows or a red. They just have to make too many tackles against Ireland and lose focus under fatigue.

Strange times when England now chase Ireland. How the tables have turned from my childhood years.

The England crowd are a hair trigger because they are not cut from the same cloth as we were 20+ years ago. Sorry to those going tomorrow but I am disabled now and on the very odd occassion I go to Twickenham it's not the place and the people it was when I attended every game from 1985 to 2007.

This show is so much better without Tindall and Haskell. Loved the insights and story-telling ability from both Greenwood and Horgan.

Would have had Dombrandt and Smith together . They always play well with each other . Exceptional off loading game. Ollie Lawrence should go to Lords for some catching practice. Underhill is back to his best . Michell should concentrate more at the back of the scrum . Not gazing ar ound the stadium for the next move. No caterpillars at the back keep the ball moving swiftly to tire the 2 Irish props out.
    Should be interesting.
