- Hugh Grant has told ITV News he remains "bitter and determined to exact justice" on those in the newspaper industry he believes commissioned unlawful activity to invade his privacy.
Appearing in a new ITV documentary - Tabloids On Trial - the actor speaks for the first time about his recent settlement with The Sun newspaper.
Prince Harry, Charlotte Church, Paul Gascoigne and Gordon Brown also feature in the programme which airs on ITV1 and ITVX at 9pm on Thursday 25th July.

ça coûte très cher , de porter plainte , contre un grand groupe de presse, il faut avoir les reins solides, pour s'attaquer aux tabloids, et il faut être sur de gagné.
Money. Its cheaper and less time consuming to give a pay out than it is to spend months in court.
And depending on how the settlement is structured, the payout could be over years, and the news agency could even maneuver it as a bad debt tax write off and/or a liability insurance claim, so they're not out of pocket at all.

All respect to the trauma any crime is experienced by anyone, but none of this is new.
All these stories are old news and from a different time. Admitted here even in this piece, that most of these cases occurred and then were litigated over a decade ago. And the case being persued now is over alleged hacking from a decade or more ago.
Anyone that's received a win by apology and compensation needs to move on. Hugh Grant especially seems to be dragging this back and re-opening old wounds purely as a vendetta that's already been reconciled.
And PH is in it for the attention and the money, even though he'll have spent out more than he might ever get in compensation.

Harry has been a driving force in getting some kind of justice for what these folk have been through. Always funny when people are shocked at the behavior of the press at things like this, then believe the vitriol the same press publish about Harry and his wife.

Harry has powerful friends and massive support from governments because of his dedication to Invictus. If you don't know what Invictus is, consider doing some actual reading instead of watching comic cartoons. Some blame the texting communication method as the reason why so many people now have such short attention spans. it's a shame.
