Strength training build the base while plyos let you transform those base stats into explosive movement, if you don't train one, you would be leaving money on the table. Being consistent is the key, but train smart! If your plyos feel easy then you are doing them wrong because you should be training at max intensity for each rep. We are training for max vertical, for as limited reps as possible, we don't train 100x fatigued and average jumps, we train 5 explosive jumps.

They play too many matches, and the coaches have almost no authority over them. As long as something like this continues, European basketball players will be better than American ones.
