A welcome return to the North Atlantic!

💪 Back in the familiar waters of the North Atlantic after crossing the equator this morning, Charles Caudrelier made no secret of his delight at leaving all the miles covered in the southern hemisphere behind him. The skipper of the Maxi Edmond de Rothschild also made the most of the opportunity to pay tribute to Gitana Team’s remarkable teamwork and the pioneering vision of offshore flight, which is enabling him to be a trailblazer on this steed in this unprecedented round the world. However, there is still a long way to go and the race is far from over, as evidenced by quite a scare in yesterday’s squalls. The skipper is already focusing on the next few days of navigation and his climb up the North Atlantic!
