In respect to both Bruce and Brian. I like Brian's lyrics more than Bruce's. But I think thats because I'm 23 and didn't grow up with Bruce on the radio. But it was Bruce who originally got me into more meaningful lyrics rather than sound good lyrics which is how I found out about The Gaslight Anthem. Therefore, who has better lyrics? IDK. It depends on what your mood is. Thats whats great about it all. I just hope that there will be someone else who can keep this type of music alive.

I respect your opinion but I think Bruce's writing in Greetings and Born to Run is better than most of Brian's stuff, although I do love Brian and think his writing, especially in Sink or Swim and on Senor and The Queen, is fantastic.
