New subscriber here! I am in zone 10A, so I am south of you here in Florida. What a great harvest! Your garden looks amazing! I know you all are going to enjoy it! It's such a joy to grow your own food! Take care!
Off to big box blue, I go. Great deals.tfs. Basil can be aggressive and turns to a bush. "I" learned it needs its own pot to be better managed. Happy gardening 😊
Yes that heat is no joke. Its the time of the season. So be careful out there. Your garden is looking great. Thanks for sharing your garden with us. Have a wonderful day
I love it when a family plant together. Y’all keep doing what you’re doing ❤. Where did you find those Hot Banana Pepper seeds from? I have been searching but all I saw were the sweet. I love would love to grow the hot banana peppers.
Beautiful garden. I live in Southern California zone 10a and it gets hot 🥵 this is my first year using shade cloth and it has made so much of a difference. Good luck growing to you and your husband ❤
Not friend behind the camera and talking 😂 ... Listen I know about the heat... 😩🔥.... I put soursop leaf in my tea every night.... It has melatonin. I mix it with a sleepytime tea, tea bag, and some lemon grass leaves and I'm comatose till the next morning. 😅
😂😂Oh yeah, Bae real active round here! Just behind the scenes 💙.... Thanks for the advice on the sour soup tea. I do have trouble sleeping after work, so I will have to try this recipe. Thank you so much❤️❤️
@@Urbansuburbanhomestead yes. I dry the leaves and have them on hand. Trust me you will sleep. Even if it's just the soursop leaves and the Sleepytime teabag (any brand the teabag will do)!
And God bless you. I'm happily retired now but when rotation called for working PACU midnight to 8am.{when the next shift decided to relieve us on time} had me not knowing if I should sit, stand or throw up by 5 a.m.
Hello! New to your channel! Beautiful peppers!🫑 My fave! 😃 I also love the flowers in the garden. Flowers are like milkshakes that bring all the boys to the yard. 💃 😂
New sub here 🙂 I look forward to watching your content. I'm in zone 5b New Brunswick, Canada. My peppers haven't even been put in the ground yet. Overnight temps here haven't allowed it yet but looking to get them in at the end of this week. I'll hope to be making my own mild, medium and hot salsa, hot sauce and zesty zucchini chutney this fall. You have to love gardening bargains 🥰 Thanks for sharing.
In florida if you want anything to grow you have to do shadecloth the only thing grow well is okra corn calaloo everything else is toast and sweet potatoes
I love, love your videos you're doing a GREAT JOB keep up the good work and your channel will grow so fast.. I live in zone 9b where it gets up to over 100 so I have to use 40% SHADE CLOTH to save my garden. I got them off of Amazon.
Hi, I’m new to the channel and goodluck on getting the numbers up. You appeared on my feed so Zi enjoyed the first video and joined. Do you have shade clothes to help with sun. I love the sticky traps , I never thought of that. I’m in NC zone 7B/8A. See ya.
I just found your channel and subscribed! It's amazing you got so many peppers off alot of those small plants. Do you prune them or did they just stay small? Those sweet peppers on the little wooden trellis were loaded! What state are you in? I'm in Georgia. It's been really hot here too during the day but nice and cool at night so have had to do alot of my gardening at night. In fact I was up all last night putting melon plants in the ground under my cattle panel trellis. I have 2 tomatillo plants fruiting right now but everything else is not at that stage yet. I have lots of varieties of pepper seedlings tha are at various stages. We had lots of rain the past few months and I think that delayed flowering and fruiting because of the high humidity. I rally hope my peppers will entually fruit as well as yours. I have had abou 30 Jalapeno and Fresno in the ground for or a month now but so far got just small peppers out of them. My uumbrs sm o b doin wll dspi h rain, ha and humidiy. We hae had a few dry days in a row now, so hope it stays that way to give everything enough sunlight. I am now starting some Cilantro and flowers, and Basil. Hope this basil does better than my last batch. I really have not had mine bush out like other people's. It always seems to wilt, dry up and die before I can get much out of it.
Just found you this morning and I love your energy and your beautiful garden King 👑 I started my organic container and raised bed garden sowing seeds indoor back on April 7th here in growing zone 9b in Elk Grove California… The heat is relentless Fam… You are inspiration 💯🫶🏽 🪴 I’m 53 and early retiree healing broken cartilage in my left hip naturally using my dried comfrey leaves infused into a massage body oil! I will never be without comfrey in my garden… It also serves as a natural fertilizer in the garden! It inspired my business in herbalism and I want to grow the vegetables herbs and flowers that keep women over 50 healthy happy and beautiful 🤩
