It's hard for me to start reading my Rising sign and not my Sun sign that I have identified with all my life. Libra Rising; Sun in Cancer; Moon in Aquarius. But I will try.
You could write what you’re grateful for each day, new moon wishes, something you want to release on the coming full moon, or if you have the moonology cards or other oracle cards you could make a note of the card you pull and what it means to you. X

I am brand new to moonology/ astrology. What is the significance of the signs that are on each day on the journal/calendar how do you use that info?
That's the sign the moon is in on any given day and the energies being influenced by the the sign and moon phase. Hope that helps ❤️
