There is not much secret, UK and US is behind these drones, they didn't just appear out of blue with Starlink and other technologies integrated. Only part Ukraine plays in this is that they are assembled in Ukraine, Odessa and launched from there. They could be launched from Turkey or Romania too.

I’m suprised these aquatic drones aren’t utilizing hydrofoils. They’d be much more camouflaged if they wernt pushing water like a boat. With a hydrofoil they’d b much more efficient as well
