Ukraine doesn't have artillery, FABs or flamethrowers, so how are they going to inflict a lot a casualties especially since Russia was in defense most of the time. Where are they getting the 500K figure from? There’s no way the Russians have that many.
The first time I heard about this shooting/assassination-attempt, I thought about WW1, right away.
In the WW1 was successful and the Allies started that war with the Serbia military country sending that guy to kill the heir of Hungarian empire and like the rest of the Allies didnt want the central powers to debilitate them declare war against them but the Hungarian had all the right to declare war against Serbians and Serbians only and the German empire tried to keep the rest Allies at bay but couldnt and for the same reason as the allies declare war against them and there world war but the first ones to started it all were the allies.
I don’t see how Ukraine can win without real allies that will fight alongside it.

Wouldn't Ukraine have more use of A10's than F16's? Correct me if im wrong, but i thought F16's were more of a dogfight plane and in no way as robust as a warthog. If it is ground targets like tanks and enemy troops that is the main objective? An A10 is more or less a tank in the air, and do not go up in flames of small arms fire. While the F16 is another story..
75% F16's and 25% warthogs would be of more use for Ukraine if you ask me..
its more to do with equipment that they are already trained on and can immediately use. A-10s they have never flown or worked on, just to get them trained on the logistics let alone combat effectiveness would take a lot of time.

we don't do manufacturing in europe so we can't make artillery tubes and shells.
Don’t say “we”, russia is not part of Europe. And of course Europe does manufacturing. Do you know the German company Rheinmetall? That is a huge manufacturers of shells. They have some very advanced ones that Ukraine will battle test for them.

I think it's short sighted to see the shooting of Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fico purely in the light of the Ukrainian conflict and/or a pro-russian stance. Although Juraj Cintula, the man who shot him was reportedly pro-russian, there were plenty of other motives he may have had for the shooting - I won't say assassination attempt, as he allegedly states that was not his intent. He had protested Fico's election before and held widely differing views, the pro-russian anti Ukrainian stance may have actually been the only thing they agreed on.
