I know this may be a long-shot but have you tried using Montage as a MIDI instrument and then drag and drop midi to and audio track in Protools? Like a VST would do.

Will yamaha consider adding studio one to the list of supported DAWs or is there already a process to follow to get the montage faders and knobs working in studio one?
