Hello Dr, I exercise very regularly and eat a very healthy diet. I do not eat any sugar or sweets. But, still my Triglycerides
is high. It is at 198. I would like to bring it below 150. I am not sure what is causing my Triglycerides to go up. I eat
a lot of healthy complex carbohydrates. Is that why my TG is going up? Please tell me how to decrease it. Thanks!
